LOVED that!! So many throw backs to when I started exercising in the 90's after I had my second of 5 children! My favourite exercise is step loved that, did that up until 5 days before no. 5 was born!! Now I have grandchilden and still love to exercise! I've done cross fit too! So fun!! Nothing humbles me faster than when you add dance moves to the workout. 😂 I definitely looked crazy, but loved every minute of it. Heart rate was up and so sweaty.
Yes the gym i go to is live during the week its fun !

This was so needed… your comment of we should be happy we can move our bodies is just… AMEN! I feel like sometimes especially as women we get caught up in we have to workout to lose weight to look pretty ext., and we loose focus of the powerful body we have, that working out should be fun, not a chore. Love this format so much. A month or two ago, I couldn't get to the ground - yesterday mountain climbers on the floor and burpees today. Slow and steady (unlike last Post partum). Anything with dance cardio fills me with joy (can't dance, but boy, I can pretend!) - thank you as always ❤

I LOVE this cardio workout and I remember every one of these cardio styles!! I was a dancer and rode horses when I was young and then when I got into traditional cardio and strength workouts, I did all of these!! Thank you, Amy, for taking me back to some great times!!
I had so much fun with this one! With the moves I didn't feel coordinated I did my favorite shuffle and worked up a good sweat. Loved ending with a burpee! 🤩

So much fun!! I did not think this workout would make me sweat as much as I did! And how I laughed at myself! But that is when I enjoy cardio the most, laughing at myself and then getting into it. It is also great practice to stop being so self conscious and just do it! :)

I did step aerobics from when I was 16 years old (20 years ago!) and although I loved doing it I'm really happy that I discovered training with weights a couple of years ago. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Amy!
