I really enjoyed this! I haven’t done much exercise this week and had planned to do today’s workout, but then discovered my sports bra is in the wash 😂 So I did this one instead for something low impact, and it was just what I needed after a stressful week! Thanks Amy, I really enjoyed this and will definitely come back to it again.
