    This is my best workout Tabata I love love love it, but I like tabata work out because it’s fast thank you so much and you had so much fun words cannot express thank you so much.❤❤❤❤❤❤

    This was my first workout with Amy and I love her and will continue these workouts! I love straight cardio and this was a sweaty burner!

    Fantastic!!! Yes, it moves fast, but it moves fast!!!! Adding the bands literally added fire 🔥!!! Great conditioning with the low, high and then HIIT, all in my favorite Tabata format!!!
    Heart Rate up + a Smile = Awesome!!! 👏👏

    I got to this one late this week, but it was great! I really love the mini bands...when I'm not feeling it, but I still want to do something, the mini bands are a great alternative!

    This was awesome! I LOVE the cardio workouts that include light resistance options. It feels more efficient and effective. Please give us more of these on cardio days!

    As I often find cardio alone not so satisfying or in a way too light weighted, I added some weight bands to my legs and arms to get some extra weight in. It was the perfect solution and caused some serious burns and heartrate!
