This was awesome! I LOVE the cardio workouts that include light resistance options. It feels more efficient and effective. Please give us more of these on cardio days!
As I often find cardio alone not so satisfying or in a way too light weighted, I added some weight bands to my legs and arms to get some extra weight in. It was the perfect solution and caused some serious burns and heartrate!
More including mini bands, please.
