if you change the turbo, then you must repeat the job
What about that internal butterfly flap.. can you basically weld normal mild steel filler rod to just weld it all up?
Id imagine so. I used stainless and had a bit of trouble with cracking. Had to preheat it pretty hot before I could get it to stop cracking.
What material should be used?
For which bit mate?
Why did you put it in the lime?
Holds the heat into to housing and takes hours to cool down.
