I like the noises and the flames but I've always loved sleepers, so if it can get recirculated, that's my preferred method as well. Informative as always.👍
Depends on the car to me. I liked my s14 open. Ran it half the time just straight down pipe too. Could hear turbo much better in car but it was nice closed off too
I actually plan to use a ramshorn manifold and add the exhaust has bypass port to it myself so I can get the placement exactly where I want it. I plan to dump it back into the exhaust like you have but I also plan to creat a intake for the inlet side of the turbo so I can dump the boost back into the turbo to help keep it spooled and to try to make it "quiet"....
nice 👍🏻 I refuse to use them ram horns after the 6+ I have bought always break welds even with turbo support added. Price ranges from $60 all the way up to $500
My z6 is on 9psi on my ebay kit it made 212 on a hub dyno. But my built engine is back from machine shop needs to be put together and a new turbo setup shooting for 500+hp by summer time
Has the wastegate dump cracked yet? Normally a flex pipe goes in the dump since the wastegate and downpipe are fixed at 2 different points and heat and contract different. Cool vid though
@@TexasHondaChannel well keep it up as long as you can but try not to burn out. I enjoy your content since I’m an EF guy and I don’t want you chucking this whole thing in the trash. 😂

Ayyyy del sol gang. I got a stock del sol S. Sohc... What's your motor? I'm thinking about going to a b16 or b18. If I wanted 3xxhp what motor should I get? With boost application ofc
@@NonaKaze Easy 300hp plug and play would be a boosted b18c or lsvtec. More than that you should probably think about building your engine. You can get to the 300+ mark boosted d series as well, you just need to build the bottom end first. My car has a boosted B18C1 with the cx racing ebay turbo kit. B18c1 trans is definitely a go to though due to gearing and durability.
@@acevedohiram sadly, I have a d15b7. I have a friend who dropped 1k and only got it up to 280hp. If only I had a d16 😔. I'll keep that in mind tho, thanks
Why do you have launch control set so high? o.O Chambered mufflers sound good but don't flow very well. SPELab has some very cheap, very well constructed, straight through canisters you might wanna look into. I'll drop a link if you're interested.
Good looking on the recirculation dump vs blow off always wanted to know. Hope everything good from Cali love how you keep it chill and hope the vid shows to wire the injectors. I want to do to my obd0 91 integra. Much love 91integ_sfda9rs

What's the difference of buying a ebay or buying a brand such as garret turbo kit ? Is their any difference of labor or doing is it more safer ??or not blowing your motor , gonna do this week im just curious what to buy ebay or brand
Going with a Garrett or Precision Turbo, you get a way better turbo that has alot more research and development. Yeah they cost alot more than a Ebay turbo but these turbos will bolt up to your car alot better than a Ebay turbo. And they won't explode under high boost and possibly sent shrapnel into your engine.
Garrett makes oem turbos for a lot of manufacturers. That should let you know the quality of them. Not to say eBay ones are complete shit, they work. Just don’t count on it like you would a Garrett
Brands have quality control(clearance hot&cold, balanced). Basically more r&d went into branded ones. Ebay could just be a copy of oem, with unknown quality. It could be melted cans, pots and pans, made into a block and machined into turbos for all we know.
Add enough carbon fiber, high horsepower and forged parts, and the value of the Honda might be worth more than most would think. I still prefer a more expensive car to start the foundations of a new car build. To each his own.
My car is having boost creep issues and was told this will help.
Im praying it does!
I heard more spool noise with the recirc, and I liked that better than when the dump drowned it out.
you've convinced me James, I'm going to recirculate mine to. This has been very helpfull
Awesome! I was just showing the difference the choice is yours in the end but my personal favorite is recirculating.
I like the noises and the flames but I've always loved sleepers, so if it can get recirculated, that's my preferred method as well.

I hear that by recirculating the wg to the exhaust; it helps with boost creep....
If so, i hope it does help cause my car has boost creep issues atm.
Depends on the car to me. I liked my s14 open. Ran it half the time just straight down pipe too. Could hear turbo much better in car but it was nice closed off too
That makes sense. If it was a full only track car then yea I could see it but for me on THIS daily I prefer it recirculating

The wrap is very clean how you did it. Can you make a video on how to wrap the piping?
I have other videos of me doing it and I wrapped the pipe on a previous video here is the link th-cam.com/video/I1ADQpWiRPc/w-d-xo.html
