    ♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
    ♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us... you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.

      +Wenissia Perineau it happened to me before as well, I loo for a reason and found something about activate your gluteus, there it's lots of videos about it, look it up it change my workout routine. Hope it helps.

    I am on week two day two of this challenge and I feel so liberated! Not only is my butt getting more lift, but I feel so powerful. This workout has really awaked some goddess energy inside me that has been stuck for a long time.I started this because it was just a two week challenge, but I want to do this all the time!     I never comment on videos. I have been working out for 8 years consistently. Lost 70 pounds but I could never lose the weight around my butt and thighs. I am so glad for you and this challenge and all the other videos on your channel. Have been doing this for just 1 week, twice a day. And it had been amazing. Already seeing amazing results.     THIS IS SOOO AMAZING I’m only on the eighth day and i looked in the mirror and I did a double take. It works!!!! I had a saggy fat butt and it wasn’t toned. Now it is a lot better considering I only did a week. My butt still needs improvement but I am going to continue doing this. I read like all the comments before doing this to see if I should try this challenge. If your reading all the comments, DO THIS CHALLENGE. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. I LOVE YOU BOHO BEAUTIFUL

    A little word of advice to whomever decides to do the complete challenge: ALTERNATE BETWEEN STARTING ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT GLUTE EACH DAY.
    I just finished the first week or this workout following the video exactly each time. Thats not bad at all if you manage to keep the energy throughout the workout. But being a plain jane, i get tired after the first side and when i switch to the right glute, and so i do it literally half-assed (not as upbeat and engaging when i start off) so you know what i noticed after the first week? MY LEFT BUTT CHEEK IS VISIBLY MORE PLUMP THAN MY RIGHT BUTT CHEEK. Hahaha so im gonna stop being stupid and start the second week doing the right glute first then alternate when the reach the same level of plumpness on both butt cheeks.
    PS This workout is amazing and really gives results, doing two sets is killer. Good luck to everyone

      Some people will have a cheek more visible then the other because one leg can be more quad dominate

      aha im on day 2 and i alternated because i started with the right yesterday not realising she started with left so today i started with left but i'll keep this in mind and alternate cus i feel like my booty is slightly uneven too or at least one side looks firmer that the other a little XD

    wow...i'm 5'4 and was at 125-126 before i started watching your videos. i do this video 2x per day along with a couple of your other videos, and walk 2-3 miles. and jumprope. started on monday and am down to 121 as of today (so 4 days) and already see results in my arms, core, legs, and butt! all while still eating all of my calories. thanks so much for sharing ♥️ i can't imagine what i'm going to look like/feel like after these challenges :)

      You should be increasing your caloric intake when you're exercising like this. 125lbs for someone who's 5'4" is perfectly healthy. Losing weight shouldn't be your goal, toning should be. Stay healthy girl 💜

    I just finished 2 weeks and I cheating sometime when muscle too hurt. However, the result is very amazing, my butt become round & shape and decrease cellulite around my thigh. really really COOL!! thank you so much for created amazing workout :D love it

    I did this 2 week challenge and took before and after photos as I have always wondered whether these kind of transformational claims are true. From the photos the real difference is in the side profile with a more lifted and rounded shape. From behind there is a difference but more subtle. BUT I can FEEL the difference with my own hands. I am now doing the beach bikini 2 week challenge and will continue to take photos every 2 weeks. I love these videos and find them easy to follow and effective. Thankyou. Dont stop.

    I DID IT!!! Week 2, Day 1!! My first set of two...OMG I thought at the end of wk 1 that I'd go through it again to feel I was getting it right 100% before starting wk 2. Then my future self, (professional sports model), got up me about pushing through and you can do this...etc My future self = my own personal trainer...anyway, loads of gratitude and sweat, thank you, Juliana, for showing me the path xox

    I love this exercise so much! Completely kicked my ass the first time through, as I had to stop multiple times from the pain..but I've progressed so much and am loving the ability to see results so quickly! Thank you for creating an exercise that targets the glutes..I can see and feel a difference..Today I started week two and I thought that going through the video twice would be extremely difficult. But I was happy to learn that I had gained so much strength already, it was totally doable...and I didn't have to stop once. :) Thank you for all the videos you create, which have inspired me to be stronger, and more flexible. I'm also practicing splits (which is a humongous challenge for me) and I couldnt be more pleased with the progress I am making there as well. You really know your stuff, and I'm so glad I found your channel :)

    I'm currently on week two leaning towards the finish line and I want to tell you all who've just started this or hesitate to do so to start doing this today! First couple days are really pain in the ass (as this is supposed to get your butt burnt), but believe me the result are amazing! I'm normally a girl with flat butt and simply not-good-in-jeans kinda girl, but this workout helps me ti achieve the booty I've always dream of. If you could pair this one with the 21 days challenge pilates, which would be so much extreme; however, the result is satisfying. Let's do this!!

      Małgorzata Górska i did this once, wasn’t very consistent (like on the second week I wouldn’t do the video twice) and still my booty grew a lot!! I’m sure if you stick to the challenge the results will be even better than mine :) ( I still use this as part of my workout from day to day and I can see my booty getting bigger!)

    Just finished the pilates 21 day challenge and starting this. I am loving the results I am seeing and how easy it seems to be to fit these workout in with 2 toddlers running around! I have a spinal fusion and I also tend to lose too much weight when doing workouts with a lot of cardio so this seems to be exactly what my body needs to stay strong and flexible. Thank you as well for the yoga and your calming voice. It helps to calm me down and center me after long stressful days.

    I cannot tell you how much I LOVE your videos and they have inspired me so much! I do your workouts mostly in my big rig, which must be a hilarious sight, doing Pilates and yoga on my sleeper bunk, but it's working! I modify the movements I don't have room for. I am what they usually call a "fit-girl" but I have to say my bootie looked a little sad lately, because I was focusing too much on the HARD task of getting more flexible (working on that split since a year).     Thank you for posting this great butt program. Those 15 minutes fly by so fast because you have great diversity and timings in this exercise. It helps me slowly reduce my hamstring and glute pain and making them stronger.

    I've been in fitness all of my adult life, was a pro cheerleader in San Diego, owned my own "aerobic" studio year ago when married, been in competitions, and I must say I LOVE BOHO BEAUTIFUL!       +Erin Rose just keep doing it everyday. Even if u do one set of all exercises...overtime ur body will get stronger and this will become easier :)

    thank you so much for this video I just finished my 3ed day of the first week challenge and I'm a big girl my muscles finally stopped being super sore and I can almost finish the entire first week challenge without stopping I mean I do still have to stop for a sec once in a while but I'm getting much better and am already shredding the pounds on the scale the video is actually fun and it's not so hard and long that you don't want to do it... thank you a million for helping me feel good again

    I highly recommend this workout omg ! I've been doing tons "miracle booty workouts" for about 2 years now without seeing any big difference. My butt is the part I need to work the most on cause it's flat and and want it to be lifted and toned ... Bref, I wanted to grow myself a booty. I'm only at week one with this workout and I already see a considerable difference ! Everybody around me notices it too. So thank you so much for making this challenge ! Can't wait to keep on doing it !
    I just have one question to ask ... When I'll be done with week 2, what should I do next ? Do you have any advices ?

    This was great. Really worked up a sweat and I am pretty fit.. I have to tell you I have never been one to enjoy these type of workouts.. a bit too slow for me. I usually do dance cardio, but there is something about the way you deliver your instruction and music selection that does not bore me to tears like most pilates based workouts. I am doing several of these in conjunction with my other workouts. I am so happy to have discovered you.... Thank you Thank you...

      well, I did :) if you're doing the exercises in the right way and you don't give up neither after 2 weeks, you can see and feel the result, those squads are killers :) my legs are stronger, and I see results on the butt too... but I'm still doing the challenge, I love the exercises :) try it :)

      nayab shaikh It's not possible to target specific regions in terms of fat loss unfortunately, you just have to lose weight all round and eventually it will leave your hips as well. But big hips are really womanly and look great!

    I have done pretty much every workout there is. Your workouts are awesome. And what I love the most is you seem so sweet and that makes me think oh this is going to be easy BUT NO...they are challenging and very effective. I usually get bored during Pilates or yoga but never during your videos. You're awesome ...keep it up!
