    Hello friends. I just finished this two weeks challenge along with the core challenge from the previous video, and I'm feeling really transformed. It got me into the daily habit of working out. My booty has definitely lifted and rounded up. I see definition on my belly and I feel so AMAZING! I also added ankle weights for the last 4 days for the booty challenge...)) I can't believe I successfully completed it! It definitely was very challenging, but that's the only way to start seeing results. Thank you so much Juliana and Mark.     Omg I just finished this workout from the first day of the ultimate 14 day challenge and I'm literally out of breath and sweating this was a full body workout!     Eventhough i just finished ur 21-day ab challenge, i was cussing u out by 7:30 with this challenge (Sorry!)! But i pushed thru after 2 pauses.

    Started this challenge and I am on day 2 and looooving it! 😍. I completed the 14 day leg toning, 14 day ab, and now I am trying this 14 booty and I am totally in love so far. I am saving 14 day splits for later as those are longer slower and require less toning from what I could tell from the 2 days I tried.
    So grateful for this and the hard work you put into your videos.

      Day six and getting ready to do day 7, this is amazing, my favorite 14 day challenge so far! The booty challenge as a whole, not specifically this day 🙂. My ball and socket joint in my hip always feels like it needs to be worked really well and I have been loving this.

      Day 11 video on the mountains (with the cows and sheep in the background) was soo amazing Juliana and felt so good. I am starting to feel like some of the muscles in my legs are getting over fatigued from the repetitive use of the main video everyday. Maybe consider mixing another video in the mix instead of that one every single day. 🙂. I love you and your husbands hard work and thank you for these challenges. I have purchased programs from you before, but these seem to be clicking the best for me right now. Thank you!

    honestly, im on the 8th day of the 14 days challenge, and this is the hardest for now. the arms and glute video to do before this one made me sweat, and it's hard to keep up with that video now...
    especially coz some exercises are similar....

      @@ellalauronen7457 I only completed day 4 of the challenge. I noticed that I my neck doesn't hurt when doing the exercises since day 1. Try the challenge out! Try both, it's always worth it. Not sure about your diet but if you eat clean whole plant base you see results. I am not in it for the weight loss but just to stay feeling good!

      @ella: I’m only through day 10; I was planning to do a before & after. I worked out daily prior to this challenge anyway but wanted to do something low impact. So far, my obliques have totally popped out & cut up, however I’ve also gained a layer of cellulite I didn’t have before. I don’t know if this is normal? Or due to my decrease in cardio?? So my clothes fit less tight but I look worse naked. Lol I’m gonna finish the 21 & likely start this one as well, the weird new cellulite popped up on my thighs so...thinking I need something more lower body targeted as well. Hope this helps!

    Hi! i've been following your yoga from past three months and found some amazing results........but i've developed a kneecap injury due to heavy warrior poses in all yoga exercises. and now i'm banned from all poses including the knee movement........is there any practice or video you've made which involves as much effort but lesser knee movement. i'm a fan of your yoga and doesnt want to move to any other practice. please help so that i can target my belly and do not harm my left knee.

      one thing boho is not so good at is explaining proper form, and if you dont have prior knowledge you can very easily injure yourself doing these videos. i suggest going to a class if possible so that they can correct you in person but if not, do some foundational yoga videos that stress proper form... hope your injury heals.

      jrichblues agree these are short quick videos with not a lot of time for focusing on form. I noticed this as well, but I came from a personal training background, so I had a good grasp of form. Even so I don’t know the ideal form for this discipline exactly and it would be nice to know the school of thought on it without searching elsewhere. Not out of laziness, but I want to know Juliana’s processes, that’s why I am here. I love her talent and videos. I hope they make a video addressing proper form, how to protect over using the wrists, etc. etc. They have done a tremendous amount of work on their brand, but that would definitely level it up and take care of their followers

    11:35 I always have trouble bringing my foot forward even when I do Sun Salutations, my foot is always a couple of inches away from where it should land and I have to physically move my foot forward with my hand disrupting my flow. Juliana, how do I overcome this problem?
