      Hey is there any way you can make a playlist on here where you at least put the vids we need for the challenge in one folder?? Love the site love what your doing. You make me sweat everytime.     I just completed this challenge and not only have I seen a dramatic change in my mental state, the way my body looks/feels, and the food I crave, it has helped me deal with an on going hip and lower back issue that I had developed from years of competitive dancing FINALLYYYYY!!!     I've been doing a bunch of your pilates challenges since the beginning of the pandemic. I had been wanting to get into pilates for so long and now I'm addicted, thanks to you! It's been SO helpful and efficient for my mind and my body. I see amazing results! This particular challenge has a special resonance for me. I just came back from visiting my boyfriend in California after spending almost 5 months apart because of the pandemic, and we went for a wonderful short trip to Joshua Tree. This is the perfect challenging but feel good combination. Thank you so much for your work, and for keeping it so accessible. You're a gem !

    I had been doing your yoga for quite awhile and stopped suddenly. You have changed my life for the better. I just want to say thank you but this video is truly special. I didn't even see Joshua tree in your tittle. I clicked it and saw and when I looked at publish date my heart skipped a beat. I lost my husband in that date exactly 2 years ago. His name was Joshua. He was only 24. Military. I discovered your channel over a year ago and you have helped me in more ways you could even imagine. My little ones even do yoga with me. I have 3 boys. A 4 year old and 2 year old twins. I can't say how grateful I am that you post these videos. Thank you for changing our lives and giving us a healthy alternative to gain energy and quiet our minds. I'm just amazed at this video. Thank you for all that you do and just filling an empty spot. This has helped with our healing.     I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut.     Amazing workout! I have a fused spine due to scoliosis, but have been trying to get more into yoga for flexibility because I am one of the least flexible people out there🙈🙉 Pilates was my first love when it came to working out but many ab workouts became difficult; I can honestly do all of these workouts despite my mobility being a bit suppressed! What a challenge. Thank you for doing what you do. Rise above the hate, keep shining light on subjects that need to be acknowledged and continue to be a voice for for the voiceless☮️🙏🧡☯️

    I am currently doing a 6 week pilates challenge and filming the whole thing with weekly result updates for people to see the effect of pilates. Currently on week 2. I feel this is of great service to so many people, and I do appreciate your dedication! I have recently discovered your videos thanks to my flatmate and we now diligently do one of your videos together every morning. I have also felt great improvement in the way my body feels during these few weeks. I used to have low-grade back pain and stiffness requiring constant popping of my back - and I felt like I needed to go to a physiotherapist or a massage parlour to get all the tension out of the back, but thanks to your videos the stiffness in the back has evaporated and I now feel completely nimble.     Hi Juliana, I love your tutorials and the 5 minute miracles! You make it seem so easy which it is after a few tries. Please do one on facial yoga for chubby cheeks / double chin and another on over splits!!! Can't wait to try those out! Thanks a lot for the inspiration!!!

    This was an incredibly challenging workout! It is definitely the one of the most difficult workouts I have done of yours. I really liked that you incorporated the whole body and compound movements so we can work more of our body in a shorter amount of time. I have a really hard time finding workouts using inner thighs that I like, but I really enjoyed this workout because it was so challenging and I felt really proud of myself for having done it afterwards even though I had to take a few breaks. I'm definitely going to keep doing this one. Also, these days I am doing only your workouts. I quit the gym because it always felt like such a chore. I pick and choose workouts of yours depending on how I'm feeling that day and I occassionaly will go for a run, walk, bike ride, or swimming. I feel the best I have in a long time! Also noticing how I am getting stronger and progressing in certain poses such as crow and headstand really makes me proud of how far I've come. Thanks again for the amazing content! Namaste.

    Thanks for setting the 10 day abs challenge, Juliana. This is really challenging! Here i am on day 9 out of the 10 day challenge. When i need to lift up upper back, i feel uncomfortable on my neck. Do you have any suggestion on this, @BohoBeautiful? And I am still struggling to keep my lower back grounded on the last pose. Pointed leg hand reaches to the sky. Again, thank you Juliana.. You are the best! 😘👍

    Holy hell that was hard! Got through it all but those full leg extensions with passing the block got me in the end 🤣 next time I’ll get it for sure! Off to cool down with some yoga now. Namaste Juliana 🧘‍♀️
