      For me, the indescribable joy comes AFTER I've done it - definitely not at seeing that I have 50 minute H.R. workout to tackle. No repeats makes it a bit better, but geesh!! Loving the results though! 💯💪

    I never commented any of your videos but I really wanted to thank you for all the work you're doing for your suscribers. Honestly, you are the best content creator in the fitness field!!! And I mean it, I've been an athlete (long jumper) for 10+ years and I had to stop training this year as I entered a new school after my high school diploma (the French system is a bit different though). Discovering your channel was a life saver honestly, it gave me the opportunity to train even in my tiny efficiency apartment and I can assure you that the trainings you are providing are quality content, they are challenging, stimulating and they make me feel better. I really do appreciate your approach towards sport in general, you seem really passionate about the work you do and you've really empowered me these past months, proving me that sport brings a lot more than just "muscles" or "weight loss" : it can make us feel good in our bodies!! That is really the energy that I get from you, thank you for making me feel this strong whether it be in my body or in my mind! Just don't stop and congratulations for all your new followers!!

    This workout is hands-down my favorite! I love the no repeat workouts and this one being a little longer gave it that extra challenge I needed. I chose this one because I injured my index finger yesterday and didn't think I could grip a weight. I'm glad you had this available, I will repeat this no repeat many times!😉 Thank you Heather!

    Yes my favourite kind of workout! A long no equipment HIIT workout :D my favourite workout from you before this was your 40 minute no repeat killer HIIT workout too. Always so satisfyingly sweaty after one of these routines. Also, I love your workout videos but I've got no equipment at home so I appreciate whenever you post no equipment workouts

    Dear Heather, I really wanted to write a letter of appreciation to you from a long time back but some how I failed to do so.
    Thank you so much for everything you do and keeping us sane during this troubling times.
    Before 16 years I got diagnosed with pcos and hypothyroidism and was obese. I started working out and lost around 30 kilos and have maintained since then. But in this last three months I have been regularly doing your strength workouts and hiit cardio and the results are amazing. I have lost inches everywhere and am now seeing muscle definition and finally abs at this age.

      Manisha Shukla. Sorry for responding you late. I just saw your message now.
      I did two days of hiit cardio, two days of full body strength workout and two days of strength and conditioning workouts. One full hour 6 days and one rest day. Focused on diet too. Cut down on sugar and deep fried food but still had two cheat meals a week.
      Just be consistent and even though you don’t want to workout still just go and do it. Your body will thank you later.

    Heather, thank you soooo much for these workouts! I was working with a trainer 2 days a week but recently had to stop. I wondered how I was going to stay motivated to push myself hard enough. Now I know :) I added weights to parts of this where I could and it was an even more amazing workout. You're definitely my new go-to!

    I love this one - not too hard but definitely challenging enough to get my heart rate up. I also love how HR adds variety of core in-between cardio moves. Always my favorite: a fun & no repeat workout!

      I also agree with you guys but it only makes the difference if you feel a little uncomfortable. If it feels the same throughout whole exercise than the body gets use to it and does not evolve. But if it feels like that only for 10secs thats ok no? :) Wish all of you a lots of energy to do the exercises. Heather is great!!!

    i’ve done so many different workout videos on youtube but yours is the best! it’s well-paced, the music is bomb and i know the workout is effective bc i feel sore the next day. i had to take two quick breaks but i’m so proud that i finished it! the comment section really motivated me to keep going. thank you so much for providing great workouts!💕

    This is one my favourite workouts. This covers everything from cardio, body weight strength, kick boxing to core. The warm-up is great too. Thanks for offering a workout program that is challenging, yet achievable and fun.

    THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for these workouts. I know how hard it is to come up with 40 different moves for just 1 workout but I (and all your other subscribers) really appreciate it. I recently switched my night workouts to morning workouts because of my new work schedule and it's been a really rough transition. I just don't have the energy at 7am to push myself through a repeat or self-time, so your workouts (especially this one) have been a HUGE help

    This is by far the best grouping and sequencing workout video. Leg exercises are grouped by “family” , so the transitions were not difficult and made me less lightheaded. And I must say this is the best cool down by far. Thanks HR!
