I loved the strength of this yoga practice. This flow was the best mix of everything-yoga, strength, breath, and meditation. The 45 minutes felt like 20 minutes. I will be coming back for more!

Flo, I am yoga infant, just found it, did four of your lessons...this one was too much for me, power ok, but I am not so stretched. Entire life played soccer... now over 44, could not find a way to practice body. Bicycle boring, running no more possible, swimming maybe, but nowhere to do so. I've been following you for a while, started with Yoga for Men Series, became a Patreon member - but I have to tell you, for some reason, I enjoyed this class the most.
I had tears in my eyes when I completed this practice. It's been a hard one month emotionally and physically. I had COVID, almost all of my stamina is gone. When I started my practice 10 days ago I did restorative yoga, and halfway I used to get exhausted and fall asleep. but I could feel the difference when I practiced daily. I concentrated on breathing exercises too and that did help me. Today I was scared to this practice I thought what if I can't do it, then a voice in my head said doesn't matter try again tomorrow. And I did it. I did fumble around and took a few seconds break but I completed the entire thing. When I lay down in shavasana and heard Flo play the handpan I couldn't stop crying. I'm so grateful to get my strength back, I'm grateful to survive COVID without any meds and I'm grateful to connect with all you guys, and Bre and Flo a special thank you to both of you. You guys have made a huge difference in my life and I'm truly grateful.

I almost avoided this video because it said advanced, but I thought why not give it a try. There were a few things I had to modify or skip, but I also was able to do some things I didn't think I could do. This practice reminded me "don't underestimate yourself" not just in yoga, but in life.

Amazing flow, Flo. The dynamic simplicity of this short class helped me learn my limits and strengths. Thank you for your accurate guidance through the poses and constructing it so well. Your explanation and guide in breathing through poses was awesome; a short and sweet flow that follows a wave from a moderate upward trajectory, to a challenging climax, followed by a graceful finish. You guys are on another level in these teachings. The handstand flex is impressive as well 🙌🏽 and as always, the hand pan bit is an awesome addition to the end. May good karma vibrate through your's, Bre's and Ailo's lives for years to come. Cheers and namaste.
