    Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel.       Also sober as well. Good job. Yoga is great. I suggest reading the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Hanuman Chalisa, and anything by Ram Dass(his lectures are on TH-cam) ❤.

    Subscribed to a paid app after doing a lot of sessions from this channel only to realise that mostly everything is available for free on this channel and taught in a better manner here.

    Thank you for the recommendation to keep our feet "hip distance apart" when doing sphinx pose/other backbends... I've started doing that in other classes, as well, and it has been a GAME CHANGER for my back! Not only can I go much deeper in my backbends, but I'm also feeling less back pain than I used to!

    Hi Flo! The CrossFit trainer that had sacroiliitis here! First of all, you made me laughed my ass off in this challenging practice because I was also dripping in sweat and when you said "there won't be more challenging poses... but I don't promise anything", I was totally in my reserve breath tank hahaha. Secondly, I'm extremely grateful with Bre and you for introducing me to the yoga world. Went through the Embark and Ignite programs, and returned to CrossFit, fully healed from my sacroiliitis. My performance has increased substantially (overall, my breathing) and my practices are now more conscious (I don't think anymore about exceding my limits and having that 'No pain, no gain' mentality, but just doing my best everyday and feeling healthy). I'm transmiting this way of thinking too to my athletes, to form them better and help them achieve their fitness objectives being aware of their bodies. Of course, yoga is now an essential part of my life too. So, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤ Greetings from Colombia 🇨🇴 Daniel

    Another great practice. I particularly like the combination of strength, meditation, breath and the choice of sensation over the way postures look like in this and other Bre&Flo practices, so as to safety queues offered (wrists warmups, knees protection) as I'm recovering from knee injury and found my way to doing mostly Yoga because of this amazing channel. Highly recommend joining and supporting those two great teachers on Patreon as I did

    Great job, or perhaps better said " I am really proud of you." You do great speaking to us like we're in the room with you, it really helps to feel that connection
    I would like to offer one small suggestion. I really like your encouraging us to do our best, or any other motivational talks you have. I found i respond best to this if you say this while we're holding a difficult position. I surprise myself with how deep i can dig in. You did this once for a down dog position where you talked to us about digging deep as we held the position for multiple minutes; my shoulders were shaking at the end, but with such a sense of gratitude. All in all, i mean to say that I'd love to hear more of your motivational pieces to push us through difficult to hold positions.

    I absolutely love this class. I come to it about every 1-2 weeks when I need a challenging but most definitely doable strong flow. Would love to see more 45 minute strong classes.

    Medium effort class with only about 30 mins of work!
    I know this may be an unpopular opinion, but I love your commentary throughout the workout. I know you guys are doing some "silent" classes now, but your personalities and encouragement are why I keep coming back. Maybe still do some of these "regular" classes and have the "silent" classes for those that want it. =)

    this was definitely one of the hardest practices my body's ever attempted to do, and I was expecting myself to fail since I'm not strong nor in a good body shape. but I've managed to surprise myself! I did better than my expectation and I feel so happy and proud. Thank you for giving us this amazing gift of a video, I'll do it again to see my progress :)
