Flo, I originally began watching your videos because I developed plantar fasciitis from kickboxing and had knee pain, I didn't know another place to exercise. I now watch Bre and your videos nearly every single day. Thank you so much for all you two have taught me and all that you two do. You two have helped me through much more than just some pain felt in the vessel of this body I was born into, you two have helped heal my soul and lead me on a journey. I love to see the direction your classes are taking and I absolutely loved the editing at the breathing portion of this lesson:) I deeply hope that Bre, the baby, and you are having beautiful days and that you all are receiving all the good karma coming your way! During the meditation, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the steel drum, I entered the role of my inner god and, being there, entitled my being to take all the beautiful (the light) of this planet existing despite all the ugliness (the dark) of this world. I allowed myself to cherish and celebrate this light despite of its limited size; and to do so in whatever circumstances this small amount of light might be found. I then visualised how I place this light it in my heart and how it lightened up all my body, which was quite touching and wonderful. I thought that this might be a thought worth sharing.
It's certainly been a while! So nice to return to a class once again. I moved out and found a new place, found a hotpod yoga studio in Leicester! I bonded with Natasha who runs it straight away when she said she practiced your classes too! It's good to find a community in person to practice with but damm forgot how good these classes are! I have been in a rut recently with all my focus going towards graduating and beginning my dream job that waits in the winter, this was the first practice I’ve done in some time and I forgot how important and gratifying it is to exit a moment of practice with such stillness and serenity of mind and body. Thanks for this class, Flo. I think I did this once before and now sure how I fared in the pranayama that time. But this time around, it was probably the most challenging part. I had to go back to normal breathing before it finished. Something to build up later on. Cheers!
Great practice, as usual. I always struggle with that crow pose, and to see pushups added on that was extra daunting. However I always hold what I can and complete the session, and that in itself brings me such satisfaction. Thank you again 🙏🏼

It almost felt like a panic attack (??) at first, but after the third round I think I managed to calm the mind a bit and lasted the full 20+10sec! Than you for a great Sunday afternoon practice 🙏
