Hi Bre & Flo. Ich wollte nach einem halben Jahr auch mal ein kleines Dankeschön loswerden. Vor knapp 2 Jahren bin ich nach Japan gezogen und studiere hier. Besonders am Anfang gab es viele offensichtliche Probleme. Nachdem ich etwas zur Ruhe kam und in einen Rhythmus gefunden habe, begann ich die besser verborgenen Schwierigkeiten wahrzunehmen. Besonders ein deutlicher Nachlass in meinen sportlichen Leistungen trieb mich tief in einen Zustand von Unzufriedenheit und körperlichen Beschwerden. Nachdem ich nun ein halbes Jahr mit euch trainiere und meditiere, gehe ich fitter, positiver, und vor allem bewusster durchs Leben. Mit Liebe und Dankbarkeit, Namaste.
I have made Yoga a daily practice. It is paying off in its own ways, but it has only been 2 weeks. Yoga has been the one daily habit I keep returning to no matter what. It's everything to me. it helps me regulate, build muscle, cut fat, control my breath, and clam my mind. It is one of my keystone habits, which means i show up everyday. I'm falling in love with yoga and I am so happy i started doing this for myself. I want to start moving up to longer videos, with harder classes. I love this.

When you said this is not a beginner class, that caught me by surprised as I was only looking for a beginner 40+ mins class.. but I already started and just decided to go with it and modified where I could. I ended up stopping here and there but I feel like I follow all the movement 90%.. eventhough it is not pitch perfect. Ended up feeling so good!! Thank you again!

I'm so inspired by your videos. I am a beginner with very limited mobility and strength due to various reasons. I've had health issues including back since teenager. I love to watch you videos in the evening as a bedtime routine. Its like a neditation and visualization practice for me. You're so far advanced but I love to imagine myself being able to do these movements. It really helps inspire me and I'm more likely to do a 15 or 20 min yoga session in morning if I've watched your videos in evening. Your energy is so calming and safe as well.
I hope wherever you’re at on your yoga journey, you keep trying. It’s not a competition and it’s not about the way the pose looks, it’s about focusing on the breath and aligning it with the movement. But I get what you mean, I’d love to be as advanced as Flo one day too.

Wonderful class! I have to say my favourite so far has to be your PATREON yin-yasa, they’re just great. I love working on planks and push ups and strength and then transitioning to stretching and releasing. To me this feels like the ultimate movement practice for me (alongside walking and pulling/hanging). Yin-yasa is just amazing though, absolutely love it. Thank you!

I have done all the flows and practices in the TH-cam Channel several times and Bre and Flo you have become daily companions. Not gonna lie, when you said this was not exactly a beginner exercise, I was about to quit. But then I fought through it to the end, albeit there were quite some shaky moments. Now I am proud and thankful for the exercise and my body and mind. Thanks for the routine!

You've become my go to practitioner, I stopped meditating and doing over for a few years, and your calmness, preciseness, focus on functional movement in what I see to be mostly a non-masculine way, has helped me to get back into practice reconnect with my inner self.
