They also happen to be a great stretch before the gym :)

i had a headache prior to beginning this class. While into it, it started to dissipate. Still there at the end but not so bad at all. I think this class oxygenated my brain haha. Liked the tip towards the end of class Flow, so just went ahead and journaled here ;)

I started that in January 2021 and it went from there. Before that, I did the odd yoga class at the gym or a purchased video here & there, but they weren’t nearly as good as what is offered here. As well, you will notice above a link to a calendar as well with suggested videos over 30 days. That should get you started! Good luck!

Tough. Worked up quite the sweat. I had been super inactive for the past few weeks before i decided to do this. Very happy
