  • If you only have time to work out in the evening but you want to lose weight and burn fat, no need to worry--this workout is perfect for you!
    This is a 10-minute quick and easy fat-loss workout routine that will help you get in shape fast! It's perfect to be done in the evening preferably 2 hours before bedtime so you won;t disrupt your normal sleep pattern while you get some good calorie-burning before you sleep. All these exercises are simple and can be done right at home!
    Good luck and keep going, keep exercising every evening with this training and you will see fat loss results in as early as 3 weeks--but you have to do this every night if you want to see results!

Then due to laziness, I stopped and now have started from Sunday. Actually, don't take it in a wrong way, but I can't see changes in my body at all. I am doing and sweating a lot but still..     I haven't exercised in months. This was great to get my body reacquainted with movement without feeling like I need a breathing treatment or azma pump. There's nothing worse than being pressured to finish or feeling like a failure if I don't. I enjoyed the breaks, slow pace, & easy exercises that I could do right at home. Thanks!!!

    I completed! It's my first day today, and im 12 yrs old and i think i weight 60 kilos now and im turning 13 at april :) i really want to lose weight so that i can wear a nice dress in my birthday with confidence. I'm gonna start doing this for a month and a half because that is the only time left till my bday. Wish me luck i hope this would help me lose fats in my thight arm shoulders and tummy. Ill update you guys soon after a week byeee:)))

    Day 4 the difference in leg drops is monumental. On the first day I could not lift my legs even a bit I struggled doing it 12 times and my legs came crashing down, but today I am able to hold it! Thank you Roberta!

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly.     The videos lasting for 10-15 mins are the best , does miracles!!
    For doing longer videos , one has to be cautious about injures , if people already have issues .

    I’m usually lifting weights in the gym, but was stressed by exams in december, and then visited my family at Christmas and NYE, and then I got sick - so haven’t been to the gym for a month or so. I’m still feeling sick, but I miss going to the gym and move my body. This was just perfect for my energylevel, so thank you for this quick workout!

    What I really appreciate about this workout is that nobody's yelling at me to work faster and harder. It's just the rhythmic counting from 1-12 as we do each exercise and that's so nice. This is why I workout with this channel ❤🤌

    I can actually see myself doing both this video and the morning version daily before and after my 9-5. Just enough exertion to where I feel it but it isn’t so painful or draining. And hey, maybe after I get used to this I could try even harder stuff!! Thank you!

    I am an insecure 10 year old and I have been doing your exercises before lunch everyday, I’m trying to lose weight because I feel like I am overweight.     10th day down! I feel lighter already. The hardest Exercise for me is the push ups but it’s getting slightly easier each time. WE CAN DO IT

    I’m an ex dancer and for the last year I haven’t been dancing/ working out ect so I’ve gained a bit weight and got less flexible. I really love the way you make your videos and i will hopefully lose about 10 kg these next few months tysm

    I spent a year and a half doing nothing and eating takeout. This is the start of my turn around.
    Went from 125lbs to 200lbs at 5ft11.
    Ill come back to this in a week, a month, etc.

    This is an awesome starting point for me, Tysm! I’ve decided to loose some weight and I’m going to start by just doing one of these ten minute a day while I get used to working up to an hour a day. I’m starting at 240 pounds and I’m so excited to see how I progress! I’ve done this before (I used to weigh 150 when I was doing sports and then I was started on a new medication due to my chronic illness that made me gain a ton of weight 😢) so I know I can do it! Maybe I will come back here in a few months and update you all! ❤

      Ugh, Chronic illness can do that to you. I’m here for similar reasons, my depression meds have made me crazy hungry and now I gotta keep up with it
