  • Today's workout is a 15-min full-body workout consists of entirely body-weight exercises that you can do anywhere without the need to go to the gym!
    This workout will help to stretch your muscles while burning calories, making your muscles more strong and flexible.😊 All routines in this video are cardio-driven which means that you’ll effectively be burning body fat and losing weight by doing this on a daily basis! And if you want to continue seeing results, just keep doing it until you reach your target!
    Good luck ladies and make sure to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet to see amazing results!❤️💪

    Great workout!!
    Just discovered this now even though most people were doing it during quarantine times but just before going gym this is a great light warm up so you body does not ache

    hi i got a knee cramp at the end when doing side bends. is this fine? i’m 47 kgs.

      Hello, bad meow! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about.     Have just started this work out. It's more than a stretch it is work out at my age (73yrs) love it.
