    Wow that was crazyyyy after the glow up booty and core boot camp!! I’m soaking 😅. Cant get enough of your kickboxing workouts honestly! 🤩. Just one little request: if you are able to put more faster and pumping songs with more beat to help us get through the workout!! 🙏🏼

    Omg, thank you SO much for this short exercise.
    I live in a place where the summer weather literally lasts 3 weeks (Wyoming) and short exercises give me more time to spend it outside doing summer-time activities like running, hiking or bicycling.

    I am loving how much I am sweating lately with your workouts. I loved the variety in this one. It really worked on my balance as well. A fantastic option for no equipment and high intensity if I'm traveling.
