    I looove her style. She’s not yelling or modeling, she goes right to the pont: she give the instructions, you see the form and then you listen the bell... fantastic!

    Happy Sunday! Here I am, waiting for this notification! Since I started in March 2020 finding Heather is the best thing as I was so used to do my workouts at the gym! I don't even miss going to my gym anymore! Love the music today!!

    I should have known from the last cardio kickboxing workout that this would be fun but intense. I love the shorter 10 second break. I used weights and definitely got sweaty! Heather, thanks for all the fun variety and also, thank you for not editing out the places where you're not perfect. It gives me hope lol! ❤️

    I have been working out with you since May of last year and I just have to thank you for being such a great creator! I have spent the past year building back my relationship with food and myself through Intuitive Eating. I have also spent the past year building a healthy relationship with working out. Your videos have been a safe space for me to feel confident and to find freedom and happiness in working out. Not every day is easy but, your page has helped a lot.       Agree, I began a few months ago, working out just for stress release related purposes so, I wasn’t interested in mayor nutritional changes, and even so I have noted changes. Thanks so much, Heather💙

    Finally I can go all the way, this is my second week of doing this exercise 4-5 times a week! it feels great, on the two rest days I follow the 10 minutes abs work from Heather! I love it that she does not talk during the exercise! sometimes it is hard to follow when the instructor talks all the way through.

    This workout was challenging, tough, and fun. I used 3lb weights. I had to put them down for a moment but I made it through and felt amazing. I feel really good since I've recommited to consistency this month and I'm excited for what's to come! Thank you Heather Robertson and fellow sweat sesh crew!!

    I love your workouts. I would love if you could add a small screen of a low impact option for every exercise as my gym buddy can't do jumping but I can. Then we can still do the same workouts she just follow that option. Thank you for your great videos!

    New to Heather’s workouts after focusing on a different ten week program. Loved this one - Kickboxing was my thing pre Covid so I was so happy to see this! This was harder than I anticipated after watching it before I did it myself - great workout....looking forward to trying more :)

    Loved every bit of that I did les mills body combat at my gym but have not done it for a whole year due to covid.
    Your workouts have kept me fit motivated and inspired and I won't be quitting them when the gyms open up here in the U.K.

    Good for balance and coordination as well as stamina
