I've been trying to complete this workout for about a month now. I'm getting back into shape and fell in love with her methods! Today I finally complete the whole workout in one session!! Heather kicks your butt for sure but I can't stay away from her style of fitness. 💪🏾

Grazie. This is the best kickboxing work out I found on YT. I have done it several times now, and never gets boring. Now I listen to different music while doing it (after a while you need something different😅). I practiced Kickboxing in the past and although I am not a super expert, this is quite close.

I don't usually post comments but wow. Heather you have transformed exercising at home. I have always been a gym person and when quarantine began, all gyms closed, I worried that I would not find motivation to workout at home. Boy was I wrong. Now I can not envision myself returning to the gym. My relationship with exercise has done a complete 180. I no longer do it to look a certain way but because it makes me feel good and I genuinely enjoy it. Thank you so much Heather for you uploads and variety in workouts!!
This workout video was actually the first one that I actually enjoyed a lot! I have a martial art past but gained so much weight during lockdown and it was such an amazing feeling to do these excercises. I will definitely come back and please make more boxing videos it helps reduce stress and make me feel so much better. It does not matter if you are not a boxer, this is an excellent video

I just found this workout. I've never been a fan of intense training, my heart is always on tachycardia and when I overwork I start feeling sick. I'm proud, I did the whole training, of course I stopped to take air and tried to go a little more slow, but I completed it and it feels nice 😭🙏🏼
Loved the simple and sleek setting. Loved the choice of movements and music. The length was good and I appreciate the timer to know when we were moving on to the next move. I liked that you didn’t talk either. Overall I rate this workout a 10 out of 10. To make it harder I just held heavier dumbbells. Great job 👍
Thank you Heather this is the third time I have done your workout and each time I up the intensity and and find that it gives me a great workout. I do change up my workouts by doing a different workout each day but this one is in my 5 day workout rotation. 👊🏼

LOVE IT ! 💗💕 you need to make a series please! 30 min kickboxing plus extra minutes for warm and cool down. I only have 1/2 hour for lunch when I work remotely at home. I usually warm up at my desk and cool down. Great job Heather! Keep being the inspiration that you are 💪
