    Perfect workout for when you come home from work and are short on time. I did it in my kitchen right before I started making dinner. Short and sweet but it is a great cardio workout and really gets the heartrate up. Makes me want to do more but unfortunatley I need to start dinner!

    Not going to lie! this is the 1st time that I like a tabata. They are usually my #1 nemesis but today I enjoyed the movements and playlist. I felt like I was kicking Ass. I might sleep like a ninja tonight.

    These short, intense tabata sessions are a fave, and the addition of kickboxing moves was so creative, I loved it! Just finished and I feel amazing (and sweaty!). Thank you so much, Heather, I get up looking forward to working out with you every day! 💪💜

    I have been following you for a while but I stopped doing your workouts for some unknown reason. Anyways, I started following along with your monthly calendars in April and I have noticed such a big difference in my stamina. I also lost inches and have kept the 10 lbs off!
