    Nao sei explicar mais eu tenho ernias de disco e estava com dor na coluna por mais de um mes fazia alongamentos, aliviava um pouco mais voltava en 15 min nao sei como depois de fazer esse alongamento e fortalecimento a dor acabou completamente como magica ja assinei o canal e vou recomendar esse video muito obrigado.

    Fui fazer o arco (Dhanurasana) quando voltei a focar sentado senti muita dor de cabeça forte mesmo uma diferente alguém sabe pq
