Haha, this is exactly what I wanted to do this morning but I start my yoga practice about 15 or 20 minutes before you usually post. I did beginner to intermediate instead, from quite a while back. Since I was able to do all the intermediate poses, I'll be doing this one tomorrow. I'm also keeping note of this playlist. I think I'm down for full time intermediate and no more beginner classes. I started doing Yoga with Kassandra every morning after I was going through a terrible breakup. I was waking up early in the morning, finding it impossible to go back to sleep because my brain would just replay the horrible memories. So I had to force myself to start moving- the way Kassandra describes every movement down to each detail is so beautiful, and it really did force my brain to focus on just one motion at a time. I've been doing nothing but your 10 minute videos for maybe 3 months now, nearly every day. Many months ago I used to do longer videos like this every other day, but lately I haven't had the gumption. I just hate exercise and was proud of myself for even doing the 10 minutes. But I went to the doctor yesterday and she said that I needed to exercise more for my ovarian health so, dreading it, I clicked on this video. But it really wasn't so bad! You're just really lovely company, Kassandra, so every time I was like, ugh, please just be done, you'd talk in your encouraging voice and I'd be like, this is my girl, I trust her, I like her, I'm spending my morning with her. And I did it! One day down. Thanks for everything
Being an unflexible dude who's a bit overweight this is a really good start for me. Perfect balance of challenge and being able to do it. Some stuff i can't do straight up but kassandra suggests alternative poses. I also take breaks inbetween - that might be "illegal" but I can't do the poses relaxed if my pulse is racing to 165+. Thanks for introducing me to this sweaty yoga :-)
My cats came around almost at the same time, one of them always comes by the end of my practices. She's started to believe that Namaste means "cuddling on the mat"... I just wanted to tell you how greatful I am for such a variety of exercises on your channel. You never cease to amaze me Kassandra! You are so aware of what I need to hear and how I can tweek each pose to get the most out of it. You know when I'm holding my breath or clenching my jaw! I recently started Dragon boating and this is a great workout to focus on the core and other muscles, in particular shoulders and upper back needed for proper paddling technique. I am 65 years young, a 10min a day yoga convert, and happily pain free. Thank you for the thought and care you put into each of your classes. Love the addition of Cleo, Moon and all the kittens 🐾💖

I love this one. I like the 30 minutes yoga in the morning- not too slow or too fast. This one is perfect. It woke my body up, but not too much. There are combination of stretching and balancing- perfect.

i’ve been doing your practices for a few months now, and last month i started your thirty day challenge and LOVED it. my day does not feel complete without morning yoga now, and i even have some sequences memorized that i do randomly during the day when i feel tense or stressed. this is my second real attempt at an intermediate class and i did surprisingly well! i’ve become so so much more flexible and stronger in ways i didn’t expect. if you struggled with this video, i highly suggest her 30 day yoga challenge, it’s the perfect introduction into yoga. thank you so much kassandra!

Hi Kassandra. This is a very belated comment and thank you from me and my wife, Diana. I suppose, like many people, we discovered you and your classes during Covid. We went to studios before that, primarily Bikram studios, but some Vinyasa as well. We needed to find a way to do yoga at home, like so many others. We tried many different online teachers. We fell in love with you. We love your technical abilities and detailed comments regarding form. Most of all, however, we love your vibe and attitude. We are now back in the studios we frequented before, including most specifically the Bikram hot rooms, but we continue to come back to your classes at home, including today, when we did an hour long class of yours and enjoyed everything about it. I came to yoga relatively later in life. My wife finally got me to try it when I was 57 and I am now 62. I was so inflexible as a child that my mother forced me to take ballet classes with all girls when I was in first grade. Now, solely as a result of my application of your teachings in your yin classes, I can do splits on both sides. I I know it’s not a competition, but I am proud that I have greater flexibility now than at any time earlier in my life. I tell anyone who will listen that if I can do it, anybody can do it, and all they need to do is take your classes in the privacy of their own home. On numerous occasions, I have forwarded to people classes of yours in order to encourage them to give yoga a try. Literally stranded in the thread the needle pigeon pose, had to flail around to get out of it, but my internal voice wasn’t being critical it was saying, well maybe next time! Thank you Kassandra for helping to change my internal dialogue 👍🏻 more intermediate power flows please!

Discovered her during Covid times as my instructor couldn’t physically come. Now I have been doing Yoga with Kassandra for over 3 years atleast twice a week. She has the most “flexible” videos to choose from depending on where your body is at on the day of workout.
I didn't know that this was an intermediate class, but I stuck to the end and felt good. I couldn't thread my arms through though since Istill couldn't fold that low. Thanks for this practice!

Another excellent, well rounded session. Mildly challenging in places and gently flowing in others. Adding core strength with loosening tight muscles, especially in the back and shoulders. Its been more than 10 years since I last did a full yoga session. Really loved this one. I think it packs in around 45 - 60 mins worth of positions (that I used to do), which is great. Awesome workout and will definitely keep repeating this for many, many more times. Keep up the good work!

I am addicted to this flow. I have done this same routine for 3 days a week for 3 months straight.

Lol, it just makes my nose itch, b/c I'm allergic to cats, & I've apparently trained myself so just seeing one makes me think my nose itches 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love animals in yoga videos usually though! As long as I can see the pose okay, no worries!

Discovered her during Covid times as my instructor couldn’t physically come. Now I have been doing Yoga with Kassandra for over 3 years atleast twice a week. She has the most “flexible” videos to choose from depending on where your body is at on the day of workout.

I’ve used this for the past 2 years as my daily routine session. My daughter always joins me. She is 4 now and knows this video so well. It’s does the job! It’s a good pace, for the time given. Thank you Kassandra 😊

Another excellent, well rounded session. Mildly challenging in places and gently flowing in others. Adding core strength with loosening tight muscles, especially in the back and shoulders. Thank you for doing this video and making it available. Yes please, to the suggestion you made/requested feedback around further videos.

Its been more than 10 years since I last did a full yoga session.
Really loved this one. I think it packs in around 45 - 60 mins worth of positions (that I used to do), which is great. Awesome workout and will definitely keep repeating this for many, many more times.

I just came back to this one tonight and I felt a HUGE difference with progress! I was actually able to fully complete every step this time - still a challenge especially with the planks and boat pose haha but I feel much stronger!
