      Thanks a lot from Japan. Thais is another beautiful class that is not way too challenging but nice and hard to refresh in the morning. I did not follow a couple of flows first time, but I did understand how every pose connects nicely. I always like your video, your flows are unique but smooth one after another. I will enjoy the class again and again for sure. Take care Kassandra, and look forward to your chatting video too that I really enjoyed in the past.

    I really enjoy this instructors teaching style and personality. It is the exact right challenge and she walks you through the pose very elegantly. She is not matronizing or patronizing and is a humble warrior for goodness.

      I love no equipment workouts! Our gyms are closed due to COVID and I have little access to exercise equipment!

    I know this flow has been out for several years now, but it is my absolute favorite! I keep returning to it time and again. Just the right length and difficulty. Would love to see more like this one! Thanks for all you do - I so appreciate you.

      @@JeanneNorthcutt @JanetMyatt I have done this one about 10x in the last 7 months and I think it's my favorite, too. The difficulty is perfect and it really helps me gauge my progress as I move through other videos but then return to this one every so often. Recently I've felt like I hit a rut but doing this one today and being surprised by my own capacity has reenergized me and made me proud of what I continue committing to. So grateful for Kassandra!!!!!

    I usually do your 30 min yoga workouts but now and then I challenge myself to 45 min. I loved this one! Some parts were hard but I got through and listened to my body as you always suggest. Thank you for all your yoga videos. I practice with you about 3 times a week and I just feel so great afterwards. It's a great way to start my day. Thank you for being on TH-cam and for being you. Your gentle and kind manner make the whole experience so worth putting in the time and effort to make my 71 yo body stronger and flexible. Thank you, thank you Kassandra.

    the greatest thing about your classes is that i feel a strong sense of trust in you and that allows me to commit entirely to your practices
    ive become entirely a better person more thoughtful, mentally and physically healthier, and i won a few brazilian jiu jitsu world championships which i honestly dont belive i could have done without this

    To be honest toward the middle of the practice I was cursing myself for doing this, but it felt really wonderful at the end! Thank you!

      I curse myself halfway through any kind of yoga class but I have severe arthritis (knees, shoulders, hips) so know it’s use it or lose it. If I don’t practice every day, I may not be able to walk downstairs in the morning. So I grumble and move😊

      @@dionegbama I do too: great toe, knees, back, hips (both replaced) elbow, shoulder, neck. Consider the Keto way of eating. It reduced my inflammation to almost nothing. I haven't felt this good in decades.

    This was was tough, but I like your advice that I don't need to be tough of myself. I am so proud of how much of this I could do after practicing yoga with your videos for 10 months.     Loving the longer intermediate classes!! This one was great, couldn't do a few of the poses but I know I'll work up to that level of strength. I started out with your 10 minute beginner classes and have made it all the way to doing classes like this!

    Today is the first time I did this class. Loved it!!! At 60, I'm proud to say I was able (with minor adjustments) to keep up and do all of the poses... minus the star while in side plank. :) I love your work, Kassandra! Thank you!

    would love to see more intermediate full body toning yoga practices like this one!!! 45 minutes is the perfect length, and the difficulty was exactly what I needed--no inversions or headstands as well, which makes it more accessible!

    I loved this longer and challenging class! I have been kind of taking it a little easier with my yoga lately, and doing more gentle practices (dealing with some health/pain issues) But I saw this on my notifications today, and I felt up to it. It was really enjoyable, and though I did have to modify some of the poses, I still felt a great challenge! Thank you Kassandra, for a lovely class as always!

    I love this practice! The beginning and end are quite gentle and relaxing but there are some challenging poses in the middle which feel great

    When I started this practice, I wasn’t sure about it. It wasn’t bringing me where I wanted to go. But by the end, I found that happy place I haven’t been able to find since I was a runner. (Had to stop due to chronic joint issues) My mind was at peace, my muscles were shaking, everything I craved from this workout. I haven’t achieved that since I was able to run marathons. Thank you! I really missed it! And I can’t wait for tomorrow’s session!

    That was different than expected, enjoyed class more than I realized I would. And taken in by what you said about non judgement as during that , I had been thinking about what to do with regards to going out, or embracing my body and restoring before I go out. Thank you

      I do yoga every morning (and often in the evening), but never considered it before going out for a social occasion. I like that idea! I struggle with anxiety.

    Loved the 45 minute flow. It was challenging but not as much as it used to be! I haven't practiced a floating half moon in a long time. I was glad for the opportunity to challenge myself with that today.

    Really appreciate this longer practice and the pace/ level of difficulty. I realize this is 4 years old now but came across it today and plan to come back to it regularly. Great for a Saturday morning. Will look out for more of yours like this - thank you!

    I am still a beginner, so this was pretty difficult but I LOVED it! In the middle I almost gave up, but I kept pushing and I’m so glad I did. Thank you for teaching us and helping us strengthen our practice. Namaste

    My time on the mat is never been this early but for the last two days I have chosen a practice to do soon after I wake. The second challenge was to choose a vinyasa intermediate flow . A few poses were super challenging but I stayed in poses that were kind to my body. So grateful. Namaste.
