    Such a wonderful flow! Challenging enough to keep it interesting, but not so difficult I am unable to do the poses. I vote for more of these 20 min sequences. Thank you for your time and energy! I appreciate you.

    Great flow. Kassandra's audio is clear so you don't always have to look at the video, you can just flow and listen without being confused 👌 Pleased I've found your videos. 🙏

    I enjoyed this class so so much! Thank you Kassandra 💖🙏. I wanted something to get me a little energized before a longer 45 min yoga practice with longer holds, and this was perfect! I will save this as a go-to also for when I might need a shorter practice, when I don't have a lot of time but want to get a nice flow.

    I just started doing yoga and I’ve been strictly only doing yoga with kassandra. I have been able to sleep better and have seen a lot of my back and muscle pain subside. I’m so thankful I found this page!
