    Story Summary :-
Emma (F28) has studied culinary arts as she was very passionate with food, she lived with her parents (M57) and (F52) and her older sister Amber (F33). Her sister never got along with her and she thought it was normal until when they started growing older and that’s when she realized that her sister genuinely disliked her for some reason. Emma was dating a young man called Arjun (M28), who was the reason why she got her first job and all the leadership skills she learnt. On her engagement day, her sister decided to make her mother throw a party for her too as she felt lonely. She decided to steal all of Emma’s guests including their parents. Emma knew that her sister was only doing it to compete with her. Things got worse on Emma’s wedding day when her sister announced that she was an adopted child. Emma was shattered and she confronted her mother hoping for a different response but her sister was telling the truth. The news her sister gave her on her wedding caused her to lose her job, but she wanted to be financially independent as she was pregnant. She started her own restaurant and when she went into maternity, her restaurant was burnt down and it was later confirmed that it was her sister. She was relieved to learn that her sister was rotting behind bars.

As for the negative commenter, I walked into a new job and hadn't been there 5 minutes when a co worker started in on me doing things to take over territory or slow me down. I put up with her for a year before a new worker started some games with me as well. Luckily I didn't need that job that bad so I walked away, my manager wanted me to stay but was unwilling to do anything about the hostile coworkers. The fact is some people are just so angry that they even exist that they will attack any one.

Negative commenter, is an "not in tune with family dynamics or narcissistic people". OP was telling HER story and nailed it when she said her sister was narcissistic and jealous. BUT with that said there will always be naysayers out there. I would not say that OP was playing the victim card, she survived her nasty sisters antics.

But when she put her arms out to hug op, op told her not to touch her and yelled at the mother to go away... 🤷 it's like a repeat of op just running away from them at her graduation party and making them in worry about her over what sister did.

IF I was OP and I was adopted and my sister hurt me in the way like she hurt OP, I'd lawyer up and go after her and make her pay for destroying OP's engagement party, wedding, blurting out "you are ******* adopted", and destroying her sister's business. AND her sister must pay back to her former parents (who have disowned her) for all the money they spent on her. I would make sure she spends the longest amount of time in prison possible because of all the things she done to OP. That is what I would do!!

Story 1, NTA. To go so far to get attention on herself is beyond disgusting. It's obvious that the parasite is jealous of op and is trying to ruin op's happiness. Now it makes sense why the parasite never liked op because op was actually related to her. That makes it even more disgusting with how she treated op. It probably amplified her hatred and jealousy that op was so successful plus that she didn't want to share anything. Instead she wanted everything to herself. Update 4, that wasn't mischief, it was clear sabotage with someone who hates op. Update 5, geez even to repeated email and contact op's husband to try to make him divorce op. She really can't stand that op is so happy and is willing to do anything to make op miserable. Typical that she denied it only to confess everything. Of course she says that her parents ruined her life by adopting op since she wanted to be an only child. She wanted all the attention and everything to herself, she didn't want to share anything with anyone. I'm beyond disgusted with how she said because op was adopted she was still an only child, talk about delusional and selfish at such a young age. The parasite expected to get away with it and wouldn't be surprised if she somehow expected the parents to support her, narcissists think their smart but are actually really dumb. Good on the parents for telling the parasite that she's practically disowned. I bet she blames op for everything like all narcissists do since they think nothing is their fault but is everyone else's.

you know after hearing about that negative comment especially when they made the culinary comment it almost sounds as if they were there. i wouldn't be surprised if that was the sister or someone connected as a friend or supporting relative of the sister. it's just super weird that a negative comment like that spoke in a way so deep it's too coincidental that they're someone anonymously connected some how.

Story 1: I would have told them that congratulations, they can have their horrible excuse of a daughter, stay out of my life. They are never welcome in my life. They have ruined any possibility of being family. They are horrible.people. Them having hidden the fact that you were adopted......thats unforgivable. After the sister was found to be the responsible party....I would have told them, "their spawn is a monster, a bytch that hates someone for just existing, she's no better then Hitler. They have done a horrible job raising her because they never put her in her place about her attitude. They aren't welcome around around me, my husband, or my children. Op was lucky to have two loving parents who chose to adopt her even though they already had one daughter. Op's sister is going to be an lonely and bitter old lady with a hundred cats and no husband or kids because she never learned to appreciate that she had a loving mother and father who chose to give her a sister who loved her until she used her jealousy to hurt her.

Sounds like the older sister was very jealous from the day her parents brought in a sibling for her. Throughout childhood towards the teenager the oldest got more jealous. Seeing how she was getting her little sister was getting a little more attention after high school. Because she just wanted to stay home not studying for her future career. The oldest sister was feeling like she wasn’t part of the family anymore. By burning down the restaurant would be the best revenge to hurt her little sister dreams to become a success.

Partially agree with the comment. I find the excuse to burn down a building because i never wanted a sister to be ridiculous. Its one thing to be jealous and to treat your sister poorly. But to commit arson that can lead to serious jail time? AND for you to still be living at home? Also we got no info about the sister. Was she jealous because OP had more money? A baby? Married?

I've watched quite a few of your videos at this point. I noticed in a lot of these the way the OP talks, like certain vocabulary and certain aspects of their life and culture, a lot of these come across that an OP is Asian/Indonesian yet every video has white cartoons lol. The animator needs to use context clues. Not saying race matters or has any major bearing on the stories, but often when watching your vids I find it distracting when my head visions are so far from what's being displayed on screen. Constructive criticism aside, I do enjoy your narrations. Great work and I hope to hear you in a real cartoon someday as you have a very distinct voice that would lend itself well to a scientist type character.❤

Generally we only get one side of the story and it's always an interpretation of how much to uncritically accept OP's version. But I saw nothing in OP's account that I personally doubted. Maybe others do.
My wife and her sister are an ongoing sister drama. They both have lost all sense of reason, restraint, and good judgment, and it is fortunate they live four hours apart. Somehow I became the mediator, but my wife hates that because she thinks I should always only take her side. It especially became problematic when their mother made me the executor of her will, which was like being in the middle of WWIII. Their parents held out hope through their lives that the sisters could eventually reconcile. I have no such delusion.

The restaurant arson is dramatic as is every arson. Everything is gone and you have to rebuild. Sounds awfully stressful to me especially with a newborn. The sister wasn't mentioned much other than a nasty piece of work. Always trying to ruin the situation when she's not the center of attention, commentator you have never dealt with a narcissist before because that's what they will do, burn it down if necessary it's just in this situation they actually did. Puh-leeze. Younger siblings do not respect older siblings' space - they're usually too young to know how! I couldn't tell you how many times I wanted my younger sister (half-sister) to get eaten by bears, but not nearly enough that I'd burn down her business or wreck her events. She was my mom's pet, and that's fine. Mom tried to force the whole "mind your little sister" thing, and as much as I loved her, I wanted "me" time. At 16, no girl wants an 11yo tail. Ugh. The kid had about zero concept of personal space, and the worst case of sister-hero-worship on record. It's up to the parents to reign in the feral little beasts until they grow some social sense.
As for why would the mom keep adoption documents in her purse? Same reason I kept sensitive stuff in my purse, buried in my car, or school locker - some parts of my life were *MINE*, and I protected them.

OP and her adoptive parents could get their DNA done. I can also understand why OP does not want to find her birth parents because they could be trouble, but sometimes people change over time.
Was OP abandoned at her adoptive parent's house and why? Maybe it is time to get some answers. OP can use a DNA website and/or go to a doctor to get tested if she wants to find her birth parents. Hopefully they can and will reconcile with each other. I hope that everyone is okay and good luck to OP.

OP allowed her emotions to take over. To the point that she lost her job. She is an adult. It is understandable that her feelings are hurt. But she needed to stand up for herself, get a backbone and push forward. And her parents should have put their other daughter in her place a long time ago. The sister deserved what she got.

Easy for you to say JERK you were NOT in her shoes and assuming everyone else is having your brain farts is very egotistical
