    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through the perfect full body exercise routine to do if you've been away from exercising for awhile.
    Life can get busy and sometime we can lose track of exercising and staying consistent with our workouts. Luckily Meredith has come up with the perfect routine you can start doing in your own home that will help you get "Back On Track". It's not always easy coming back to exercise if you've been away but this workout has some very simple, easy to follow moves that will help get your body moving again in a safe manner.
    This workout features both standing and seated movements that are low impact which help the muscles adjust to movement again. If you've been away from exercise for a long time, we recommend starting off with this routine a few times a week to start out.
    Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!

    Major, major surgery, a lobectomy, so this is the one I will be doing as soon as I get a release from my surgeon. I love your workouts and miss them 😢

    Meredith, this was made for me. I have just come out of two months immunotherapy, now clear, ty. So it made me very tired and no energy, but now I’m ready to go, just did this one and it’s on my repeat.

    Dear Meredith, I ♥️ your videos and the way you encourage us to exercise. I'm 61 years old and terribly unsportsmanlike, I always have to push myself a lot. It would help me so much if you could put together a 4 weekly program from your many great videos. Then I would know what to do every day. A playlist like that would be great.     Work and travel schedules got me off my routine. This was an excellent way to get back at it after a 10-day hiatus. Went through it twice with very light weights the second time to get back into the feel. I like some of the movements here so much, I plan to repeat it on occasion as part of the regular regimen. Thanks.

    I love this one, Meredith. Having the warm up and the stretch at the end is especially nice. I am 83 and it is just right for me. :)

    I really do like this workout - love how you explain why we're doing a set of exercises - how it helps our range of motion or mobility - I wish I could keep my posture when I'm not exercising instead of slumping - any suggestions?

      Just keep working on it, reminding yourself constantly…it is difficult but you can do it! And keep up the core workouts, that will help too:)

      This is a great workout to do every other day to get started, adding in stretching and balance on other days!
