    In this exercise video featuring another "THE BEST" series workout, Meredith is guiding you through a gentle routine suited best for anyone dealing with the effects of arthritis or inflammation.
    Dealing with the pain that comes from arthritis and/or inflammation of the joints and muscles can be a deterrent when it comes to regular exercise. Those who have these issues can't and shouldn't do the same movements as someone who doesn't have issues caused from arthritis. This is why we felt it was important to include a workout designed specifically for dealing with this limitation and showing anyone that you too can still remain active and physical no matter what challenge you may have.
    This is a seated routine/beginner level which can also be modified to standing for an extra challenge. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.

    Oh wow….76 here. Oh how I used to be able to do yoga, and walk and dance…..I’ve been in such pain for several years. Meredith thank you. I started today….July 15, Monday. I know my body has a lot of work ahead. I’ll look for more of your arthritis videos. 10 mins I can do…..prayerfully a few times a day. Thank you!!!!!

      @@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith thank you for the encouragement Meredith!!! I’ll try and I probably will contact you. My back is a mess… I can walk 10 mins only then sit. I’m using the walker in the house now. My cats get on it for rides😵‍💫. It’s my lower back (3 surgeries for stenosis) and in February I had spacers put in so I’m leary about pushing myself. I like yours a lot. I see Dr tomorrow and will ask what I can do. Thanks for helping me and listening ….x. Esp for listening!!!

    Love it. Please keep it up. Some exercises with advanced arthritis in the knee where doc has said to do exercises that do not to put pressure on knee. Upper body and lower body

    Wow so impressed by theses simple yet much needed exercises. My entire body is like knotted from the upper back to lower back it's like tight with pain ache into my arms and hands. Not sure but for lower back towards but area what exercise do you suggest. Sonething as simple as this please. Thanks

      Hi! It is hard to say what is best as each person is different. Strengthening and stabilizing of the core is always helpful with back pains. Also, seated cat and cow feels great on the spine and helps lubricate it with movement. I hope this helps!

    Help my hips are stuck…unimaginable pain deep inside. Am unable to squat, do any form of hip extension or knee raise. Caused my right leg to do have a valgus or diversion from its normal area causing me so much discomfort in my right legs knees . Plsssss help !

    I really enjoyed this Meredith, I have osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel so the hand exercises are really useful for me. I caught Covid recently for first time, I went on a cruise to Norway and caught it first day home, but feel much better and ready to start exercising again, so thank you very much.
