I really appreciated this series on freshwater drum (gaspergoo)! Last month I went fishing in southern Illinois and caught a couple big ones, but the guide tossed them back in the lake. I asked what was wrong with them and he told me they were trash fish. Kinda sucked because I wanted ti try it anyway. But after watching these last two vids I'm definitely gonna try it next time! Thanks again, got a well deserved sub from me!

Half salmon head shioyaki or teriyaki is amazing. I don't know what drum tastes like as I don't live in North America but I assume it might taste milder than salmon.
