I started this work out 4 days back I feel so energetic and some changes in my body ..i hope i can burn my whole fat especially belly and hip through this

Day 1✅ it was not hard at all just a few pain Day 2✅ yeah not hard but painful but today i feel a bit stronger Day 3✅ i felt tired can't see changes yet but i am feeling less pain and planning to do more sets(did 2) Day4✅ it was hard because before this i did Kiat Jud Dai 20 mins 540 kcal burn but it's fun. i feel pain though from yesterday as i slept in ac for hours 😭. still worth it! Day 5✅ ok it was tiresome surely felt the burn and good news I lost 1 kg! I did 2 sets today. Day 6✅ it was hard after Kiat jud dai but still i stayed determinded did first 100 cal 1 set and last 70 cal 2 sets (couldn't do anything at night as i was so tired) Day 7✅ just did it after kiat jud dai 1 set today as it's past my lunch time but may continue at night. ok sorry guys for not updating but i got my periods so i stopped for 3 days so let's continue from today.( 29th aug-1 sept) Day 8✅ok just did it after eating felt the burn

First day took a break at 4:44 hope I can stay consistent Second day I feel nice and warm I’m starting the gym on Thursday so I hope that’ll motivate me more to continue I’ve been doing front split Anna mcnulty and middle split routines so everything really hurts I have some aches and pains but I pushed through I’m planning on getting a warm bath tonight to help because I have Karate tomorrow I’m joining dancing soon ( stretching and skills) and I do karate so I think I will see improvements very soon (I hope😂) please remind me❤
