    My first 30 minutes workout without any breaks needed. I started to do home workout on the beginning of the year and I usually took extra 10-30 minutes break to complete the whole set. Today, after a month of consistency I finally has the strength to complete the workout without adding more breaks. To all people who just started, I know it's hard in the beginning but with full consistency and passion you can reach your target. Hopefully, I will reach my goal this year.

    today I wanted to make sport again after having stopped for a long time but I didn't take any pleasure and the exercises were too hard. When I saw your video instead of going to take my shower and sleep it made me want to play sports.     I have been out of shape and my knees has been hurting from all the standing up and running because of the nature of my work and when I saw your workouts, it was not to harsh on my knees and I was able to finish a 30 minute workout without pausing so much all the time! Thank you for this!!

    Easy to do exercise, but the effect is intense! My side wais is still aching after 2 days. Lost 3kg since i started working out but this is my 1st time to do her exercise. Thought my body is used to exercising already, but when i did this, oh it hurts.😂

    Did your workout the first time today, Im sweating like hell but it was worth it. No extra break needed and also a great cardio workout. I never managed to focus on training with music on, but this is great! And I love that it is an all standing workout without laying down on the mat or jumping. Thank you!!

    Couldn't remember the exact calories burnt when doing this for the first time. Probably 100 ++ to 200 ++ kcal. Just now I did it for second time, and I burnt 391 kcal !!! Awesome workout! Thanks, Eleni.

    Eleni, ma simt minunat și chiar mulțumesc ca te-am gasit … îndeplinesc de 5 zile , recunosc, a fost cam greu de la început , însă sunt foarte mulțumită, și voi continua in același ritm … am rezultate vizibile 😍

    first time only did warm up, second time about 10min forth time did 15 min today 29 min tomorrow most def it will be 36 min. just because the first time was bad it doesn't mean you wont pick up...
