    I love a good slow flow! The focus of this 40 minute intermediate yoga class is on flexibility and controlled movements. This is a vinyasa yoga class with lots of deep stretches for your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine.
    We'll go through poses like: baby wild thing, revolved triangle, seal, bound warrior 2, mermaid, shoulderstand and plough pose. It's a fun and challenging one to help you establish the mind-body connection.
    Make sure not to rush any part of your practice and breathe deeply as you flow in and out of poses. Let me know how this one went for you!

      Hi Kassandra , I would love to see more yoga stretches and more power yoga to tone the muscles , but I find it more relaxing and enjoyable when you film outdoors ! Thanks for the free classes !! I love them !

    I would love more of these! I loved that it wasnt static, there was fluid movement along with the poses that were held longer, a perfect balance. I had low energy today, so this was just right, thank you Kassandra!🧡

    Thanks for your 1-hour flow yoga class, Kassandra. As a full time office employee and part time student I sit for endless hours at my desk. This class gave me a great relief. Please make more 1-hour flow yoga classes. You're my favorite youtube yoga instructor.

    Thank you Kassandra! I've been a follower since I was 19 years old, I am now 26. Thank you for making the effort to be available to people who live far from yoga studios or can't afford classes. At 24 y/o I got into Iyengar, and am working toward practicing on my own with out an external guide. In the meantime, thank you for your support in moving my body!

    This was my first practice after a couple of days of not feeling good because of the first dosis of vaccine, and I’m glad it was a slow stretch. Some poses were difficult to get into but I’m proud of myself for trying and overall finishing this flow. Thank you so much for this class. Namaste 🙏🏻 ♥️

      Same! Haven't been feeling my best because of the second dosis and I thought a slow flow would be perfect, but it was surprisingly challenging at some points which was a great reminder that I can do more than I think. Glad other people are feeling the same way :)

    This was perfect!! I’d been holding a lot of tension the past few days and didn’t get a chance to step onto my mat and this helped me deepen my stretch and release all of it 😩🙌🏼

    Kassandra, you outdid yourself today. Everytime I think a class was great, you went and bettered the other. This slow groove was fantastic This has got to be the most benefiting class for my body today. I was able to do the mermaid but, I did the stretching if the quad.

I've been practicing alongside your channel exclusively for a few months now and I just wanted to leave a quick comment to say thank you for providing such comprehensive and well-thought-out content on an accessible medium such as TH-cam. I love your flows and would LOVE to see more longer, slow-flow style practices! I find that slower practices with lots of mellow dynamic stretching work the best on my tight muscles :)

    Been going on a few weeks now where I'm surviving, not thriving and my daily yoga has been forsaken.
    This was JUST what I needed before bed to let out those last little gremlins of the day and be ready for bed. I suspect this will be great in the morning too.
    P.s. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR SLOW FLOWS. I don't turn to yoga as a proper sweaty workout but rather a time for me to focus on what's going on inside and let it go. These are perfect for that.

    Perfect! I had a few intense recent workouts and my wrists were a little sore, so this was perfect. Liked the length as well,not to short, not too long.

    This was wonderful! I did a 20km hike today and my legs and hips and lower back felt pretty tight and achy.
