    Just finished this one, in Baton Rouge Louisiana USA, we have no electricity city wide after hurricane Ida hit last night. Yoga really helps relieve the stress, thank you so much Kassandra, this made me feel so much better. ❤

Baton Rouge doesn't have it as bad, only half of the city is out of power. New Orleans and surrounding cities, Hammond LA have no power and no WATER! Thank you for your encouragement!!

    I have recently found your channel after a month of starting on a small weight loss program with my husband. I am usually very slow at getting up in the morning with a busy household with 5 kids so I needed to slot a good intentional workout or wake up energised start to my day and yours seem to mix slow and steady with more intense which is great.
    I am definitely noticing by laying my yoga mat down next to my bed before I do anything else, that my mind can really focus on what I’m doing. I am also able to do it even when the toddler or other children wander in as they see me doing something positive. I ask them do they want to join in!
    My toddler loves your cat joining the show on a later episode in your house and she was smiling at the fact the cat was staring at the camera!
    I also love the one word intentions. Today is enjoyment.
    Your calm and smiling nature is just what I need and I love the trees in the background here!!

    After 3 whole days of no-yoga due to study pressure, doing this felt excellent. I have my exams coming up and yoga along with you is the only thing I do to feel relaxed.     This one is my favorite! It hits all my favorite moves in 20 mins! The 20 minute time frame is perfect for my typical morning routine. It’s not a daunting amount of time but still brings just enough heat and movement to start my day off right. I have revisited this video often and will continue to do so!

    Thank you, Kassandra! I feel much better. The only thing I am missing in those full-body morning flows is a bit more focus on the upper body. I work at the computer all day and I feel like a lot of stress is accumulating right there for many people. It would be lovely to also have this addressed in the morning 😊

    Hi Kassandra. I was struggling with depression for a couple of months to the point that me being inherently full of hope and motivation, ended up giving up on my goals and going downhill.     This is a great 20 minute yoga practice. This instructor is great. Best part of this practice is that it is very accessible to someone of limited flexibility like myself. A great way to start the day.

    Hi Kassandra! I just wanted to take a minute to say how helpful your yoga videos are to me.
    I’m going through some health problems, and my doctor recommended easy yoga to keep myself moving even when my body isn’t up for much else. These have been so helpful and I’ve started looking forward to my mornings again because of it.

    Thank you for your brilliant work Kassandra. I am starting yoga again after a 20 year break, older and much heavier than I was before. These bite-sized short sessions are ideal for gently getting back into a routine without overwhelming. With gratitude all the way from NE Scotland.

    What a great way to start the day when I only had a little time before work! My body feels so good right now - the perfect balance of stretched out, relaxed, and energized!     Kassandra! Love your yoga, practice daily with you for over a year ! Have told many of my former yoga class members about you too. They all give you high praise. With Covid we had to find a way to continue our yoga practice and there you were on TH-cam🤗🤩! You saved us, thank you so very much. Barbi ONeill

    I have doing yoga with you for a year now! I started initially to ground my chaotic mind, but I got to tell you not only I have so much calmness since when I started, my body also is so toned and looks beautiful, and also has defined abs! Which was a miracle! Because apart from 30 minutes yoga with you I am not doing any other work out! But I am maintaining your yoga sessions almost everyday, even if it’s for 10 minutes on busy days. Thank you Kassandra, for these beautifully curated videos! I am so grateful that I found you. So much gratitude and love for you.

    after a while of doing your 10 min yogas, I came to realize that 10 min is not enough and moved on to 20-30 min yoga. You have the best yoga

    Fabulous. Loved this 20 minute class. Very wobbly in the balancing section. Well, very very wobbly in honesty, but still enjoyed it. I'm now on 6 months of not missing a day of practice. ❤
