This one is my favorite! It hits all my favorite moves in 20 mins! The 20 minute time frame is perfect for my typical morning routine. It’s not a daunting amount of time but still brings just enough heat and movement to start my day off right. I have revisited this video often and will continue to do so!

I have recently found your channel after a month of starting on a small weight loss program with my husband. I am usually very slow at getting up in the morning with a busy household with 5 kids so I needed to slot a good intentional workout or wake up energised start to my day and yours seem to mix slow and steady with more intense which is great. I am definitely noticing by laying my yoga mat down next to my bed before I do anything else, that my mind can really focus on what I’m doing. I am also able to do it even when the toddler or other children wander in as they see me doing something positive. I ask them do they want to join in! My toddler loves your cat joining the show on a later episode in your house and she was smiling at the fact the cat was staring at the camera! I also love the one word intentions. Today is enjoyment. Your calm and smiling nature is just what I need and I love the trees in the background here!!
I have doing yoga with you for a year now! I started initially to ground my chaotic mind, but I got to tell you not only I have so much calmness since when I started, my body also is so toned and looks beautiful, and also has defined abs! Which was a miracle! Because apart from 30 minutes yoga with you I am not doing any other work out! But I am maintaining your yoga sessions almost everyday, even if it’s for 10 minutes on busy days. Hi Kassandra. I was struggling with depression for a couple of months to the point that me being inherently full of hope and motivation, ended up giving up on my goals and going downhill. My goal is to become more active (at least 30 minutes each day) but my body is too weak to do any strenuous workouts like HITT (ouch soreness for several days). Practicing yoga helps build my confidence, aligns my daily mindset for the day, and empowers me to endure some of the poses or later exercise with patience & self love. :) Thank you for another great practice!

Hey Kassandra, great session. Just an advice it will be really helpful if you bring up series of playlist for tackling day to day specific problems- like yoga for good hair , yoga for flat belly or toned waist, yoga for diabetes, yoga for high/low blood pressure, yoga for arm strength, leg strength, Yoga for elderly people, Pranayam Series, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Anger Management with some positive affirmations to help, Yoga for facial glow, ageing etc. It will be good to have those at one place at your channel than searching all around youtube for such yoga flow. That will really make the channel perfect place. Or else you can host some live stream/forms to capture what else community wants so that you create the next content your people want. Hope to see some videos on those topics.
This is one of my favorite practices. The transitions are somehow more logical and lyrical and the flow of the exercises lends itself naturally to steady breath work. I'm not sure why, but this one feels comforting in its predictability.
I still do my yoga in the evening but I love the morning videos because I still have to eat and cook and shower before I wind down and it helps me get through the rest of the night with some energy!!
Hi Kassandra! I just wanted to take a minute to say how helpful your yoga videos are to me. I’m going through some health problems, and my doctor recommended easy yoga to keep myself moving even when my body isn’t up for much else. after a while of doing your 10 min yogas, I came to realize that 10 min is not enough and moved on to 20-30 min yoga. You have the best yoga

What a great way to start the day when I only had a little time before work! My body feels so good right now - the perfect balance of stretched out, relaxed, and energized! Also love hearing the birdsong in the background. Thank you as always - you continue to be my go-to favorite teacher Kassandra :-)
My goal is to become more active (at least 30 minutes each day) but my body is too weak to do any strenuous workouts like HITT (ouch soreness for several days). Practicing yoga helps build my confidence, aligns my daily mindset for the day, and empowers me to endure some of the poses or later exercise with patience & self love. :) Thank you for another great practice!

I like history, geography and culture a lot, so it was really interesting for me to see the influences of Hindu-Bhuddism in modern yoga traditions. My word for today was "stretch," because for my first day of yoga, I just wanted a nice, simple morning stretch. Cheers!
I usually have a very hectic day at work. Your 20 min yoga videos are an amazing way for me to start my day on a positive note. Can you make more videos of yoga for people who have a job that requires them to be seated the entire day ?
My one word: POSTURE
I’ve found that in moments of imbalance, I square my shoulders, lifting out and up, a smile automatically comes to my face.

Just an advice it will be really helpful if you bring up series of playlist for tackling day to day specific problems- like yoga for good hair , yoga for flat belly or toned waist, yoga for diabetes, yoga for high/low blood pressure, yoga for arm strength, leg strength, Yoga for elderly people, Pranayam Series, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Anger Management with some positive affirmations to help, Yoga for facial glow, ageing etc. It will be good to have those at one place at your channel than searching all around youtube for such yoga flow. That will really make the channel perfect place.
Or else you can host some live stream/forms to capture what else community wants so that you create the next content your people want. Hope to see some videos on those topics.

This is one of my favorite practices. The transitions are somehow more logical and lyrical and the flow of the exercises lends itself naturally to steady breath work. I'm not sure why, but this one feels comforting in its predictability.
I still do my yoga in the evening but I love the morning videos because I still have to eat and cook and shower before I wind down and it helps me get through the rest of the night with some energy!!

Hi Kassandra! I just wanted to take a minute to say how helpful your yoga videos are to me.
I’m going through some health problems, and my doctor recommended easy yoga to keep myself moving even when my body isn’t up for much else. These have been so helpful and I’ve started looking forward to my mornings again because of it.
So thank you so much for all you do.
