You are very welcome, Karen! Thanks ( to Becky too) for organizing! My sewjo has been a little lacking for a couple of weeks so the planning has been fun !
I’m so happy you came up in my you tube feed! I have watched a few of your vlogs now and I’d like to confirm I also love dungarees - they are perfect for dog walking - I made the burnside bibs this year as well. I fancy making the Harlene dungarees by M & M this winter. I’m also a big fan of sew liberated patterns and have toyed with the hinterland creative course. I’m just making the hinterland in double gauze and have raised the neckline and omit the buttons. . I’ve also made it as a top. And I love every colour as long as it’s blue……off to watch more of your makes!
I recently thrifted the most gorgeous Tiffany blue embroidered Sheridan duvet cover from our local thrift store for $7 it’s gorgeous and doesn’t look used, it’s a gorgeous cotton. Now what to make 😂
You could always dye your dress in a bucket, no machine needed. Painting on a dress is difficult unless you lay it very flat. Please usetextile colours or textile markers which make the task a little easier. Have fun!
Thanks. Didnt have a big enough bucket so I did it on the stove in the end 😁There's a short of the finished dress in the channel. I'll hopefully get to record October makes soon so I can share. I'm in the middle of making a stretch frame for fabric painting !
Auntie Maureen's sheet ❤❤❤❤ she's a sewing genius too so I'm sure she'd love this!
She watches bless her!
I cannot wait to see your finished upcycled makes! You've got so many planned 😁. Thanks so much for taking part xx

Hi! I know, right! Have you made it? .Just need to find material as not sure the trousers I had planned will work!
Great video. I have a zadie which I haven’t conquered the size on either. I’d love to make one that fits.
Thanks Jan😊 Glad it's not just me ! Not sure if I m inspired to try again but there are so many good versions out there!
