I'm a 17 years old female. I discovered Oliver's videos in the spring of this year. In summer for a month i done his various kinds of workouts. I lost a lot of fat, enjoyed every single drop of my own sweat. His workouts are fun to do and they give you strength. From my aspect, this video is the best one. I enjoyed it a lot again, i hope he will be posting workout videos till he can't. Thanks to him I feel way more confident in my body. 🙏
I do your workouts because HIIT for women or cardio for women was not pushing me enough. No shade whatsoever. Just saying that keeping up with you gives me the psychological push to keep up with you. If I can complete your workouts, I feel like an absolute BOSS for the rest of the day. thank you so much.

One of the sweatiest workouts I have done on TH-cam. This was very hard, but very good. I hated the side pushups because it was new and hard, but I endured. I was able to do a reverse lunge and get my knee to the ground, so that is new. 515 total calories, average heart rate 120bpm
Did this workout from monday to friday. I am really proud of myself, started doing your workouts from september and I can say they really improve my body state. Thank you Oliver for making these workouts. 💪💪

Sir I am 46 kg how can I loose 3 kg within a month?
i dont know if u need this anymore as its been a month but the easiest way is u stop eating oil,spicy, and outside food, eat salad, bread, eggs and such stuff, u can get a proper diet from google. then everyday go for jogging for 20 mins atleast as thats the full body workout and then u can do these home workout exercises and inshallah u will lose alot of weight and gain muscles aswell
