@OliverSjostrom These routines help me out in so many one's #1 You are hitting every part of your body! #2 If I don't burn enough active calories in the day I can bank on my max effort burning at least 600 calories. #3 I don't have a gym membership so I hold myself accountable by working out at home and these routines keep the body guessing what's next

It depends on your body. How it burns calories but overall u should be in a burn range of 700-800 calories if your metabolism is generally slower or 800-1000 if it’s faster
