You could also do a few different videos that have a little bit of everything and make it a total of 60 min. I usually do a full body vid and an all standing cardio vid so I get the muscle building and cardio workout.

Great workout. One a couple, such as the last high knees set, I had to go with a lower impact, but I was wearing 4.8 pound ankle weights and at that point I was tired. 364 active calories with an average heart rate of 135bpm. I spent a lot more time in zone three than I am used to, and I think this was good for a fat burning session.

This was soooo good, I've been doing workouts with endless lunges and squats and didn't really feel like that again, I needed something different. This was actually really fun! Although I didn't really understand how to do the knee up then kick move or the pyo knee up but muddled through with something that was hopefully similar. You weren't lying about needing a drink bottle and a towel nearby though 😅
