This is amazing! I always thought that meal prepping for a whole week would mean that by the last 1 or 2 days of the week your food would not be fresh anymore and it would start to go off. As a new vegan person myself, I think this is what I struggle with the most: the constant cooking/washing up loads of pans after cooking just for ONE meal. Insane! Your meal plan not only looks super healthy, but it made me happy to know that it is possible to prevent the food from going bad (e.g that lemon juice trick over the apples that I had no idea about)! This was very reassuring that it is possible to meal prep for an entire week in as little as one hour! I probably spend at least 1 hour every day cooking all meals combined. I will certainly start trying your recipes! Thank you!

This video came up in my home feed today. Since I adopted a plant Based diet at the beginning of the year I decided to watch it. Everything looks so good. I myself would love to see more of these types of videos. As I work full-time and I babysit part time. So I’m only have one day a week Where I’m able to be home all day if I choose. That’s the day I get my grocery shopping done and try to do meal prep. My meal prep is miserable LOL so like I said this is wonderful for me I can prep for the whole week and not have to worry about what I’m going to eat when I’m not home :-)

Outstanding video. Veganism isn't always analogous to good health. I see this in other cooking channels that rely highly on oil use and processed foods. This meal preparation will work because it's palatable, manageable calories and has high green intake.
How about more videos on dressings for salads and veggies? Videos on how to make your own almond, coconut & cashew milk would be s great idea. - do you use any oils in your cooked meals? If so, what & how much is too much?

when it comes to the lentil soup, they prob need a lil bit of salt, and also it's better to add the chilli powder and other spices while they're cooking. this will help bring out the tastes better, and also not make you cough/choke if it's too spicy, and digest better
add a some sesame seeds to that asian sauce to get some more protein and minerals, plus sesame seeds are just awesome. Cool to see you do more makeup, might I recommend that you pick 2 spots for bright color, so instead of having bright blush, lips, AND eyes, just pick two. Just helps to tone it down a bit :)

I just tried one of your full week meal preps with the cabbage soup that i call my "purple soup"! I think that video was called $5 a day meal prep! it was amazing and a great success and I've struggled for such a long time to get the meal prep down! Please Please Please keep making these videos! I love the full week meal preps and LOVE trying new things! Thank you for your hard work and making this easy! My parents even see how much i like those recipes, i referred them to your video and website and now they plan to try it! :) Great work and keep it up! LETS DO THIS :)
It looks amazing, so many colours:) I'm not vegan but dedicated to eating my veg so will take some inspiration:). Also I like your videos in general, good quality and your super nice voice, soothing. The only little comment I have is I am sure there wasn't enough protein as for a whole day:( smoothie -almost zero, potatoes with hummus -maybe 9g, veggies with rice -maybe 15g, an average human needs 50g per day, other meals had a bit more but not a lot more. I may obviously be wrong and in the end it has a lot of other great nutritional value, still better than what 90% of people eat so you do great work. You reminded me of quinoa, didn't have it for a while, it's delicious and so good for you(and a full protein!), will need to have it soon. Take care and keep up good work:)!

I have been vegetarian for a couple years now. I have been transitioning to vegan and I can really feel a difference! 1 week of vegan eating...My energy levels are higher and my aches ans pains are completely gone! I had joint pain.

Can someone please clarify? @yovana do you have a direct video or blog post with more details? I see a few mistakes in this video and not attempting to critique...I'm just new to this and I want to make sure I am doing this right (another example: 3:44 she says lemon juice but that is a lime). I do meal prep every Sunday. So when I am at work and people ask what did you bring for lunch? I say, I don’t know I just grabbed something from my fridge and got going. Sometimes I am surprised of what my lunch is because I forgot I had prepared that. Lunch is always good😋 love this video.
