I made the hummus toast for lunch today (1pm) and despite only eating an apple since breakfast at 0730am, this toast made me feel really full (I’m overweight so only eating an apple between meals is a big step forward for me). I also made the curry you have on another video and with 1/2 Swede, 1 sweet potato, 1 regular potato and 1 cup of lentils as the main ingredients, I filled my family of four for 2 nights. What a cheap eat!! Thank you so much.

Everything looks so delicious. A trick to help with the eye tearing from the enzymes in the onion, you could try refrigerating the onion before you chop. Chopping next to a flame from a gas stove also works but it looks like you have an electric cooktop. 😊
I took a cooking class on using knives. The part of the onion that causes us to tear up is the oils in the onion. If we are cutting properly and using a sharp enough knife, we won’t bruise the onion and cause the oils to have us reaching for a tissue. Have I mastered it? No. 😂

I’m usually vegan, but I’m eating fish during my pregnancy. Other than that everything at plant based and I really love your recipes! I wish I could eat 0plant based/vegan meals that include chickpeas, oats, onion, garlic, mushrooms, beetroot, broccoli , cauliflower, cashews, apples or stone fruit but I’m allergic to all of them plus a number of other things

I’m usually vegan, but I’m eating fish during my pregnancy. Other than that everything at plant based and I really love your recipes! I wish I could eat 0plant based/vegan meals that include chickpeas, oats, onion, garlic, mushrooms, beetroot, broccoli , cauliflower, cashews, apples or stone fruit but I’m allergic to all of them plus a number of other things
