    Tried intermittent fasting but found I’m really a breakfast person! I found that missing breakfast made me binge/ overeat later in the day so I’m reinstating breakfast and skipping dinner. These tips will really help me structure my meals - thank you!

      I eat from 9am-7pm and have lost 14 pounds. I love breakfast. There is also evidence that earlier eating windows are better for you than starting at say 12pm.

    My go to breakfast:
    2 eggs either scrambled or fried in a bit of olive oil. Then I sauté a bit of spinach and cut up 1/2 an avocado to add to plate.

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Willow, thanks for writing in and great question! You can try a daily intermittent variety instead, delaying your first meal until somewhere around 10am-12pm. Giving yourself an 8-hour window to eat 2 meals and perhaps a small snack, fasting the other 16. You still will get great benefits with a 16-hour fast and hopefully your blood sugar levels won't drop as much/fast. But please consult your doctor before giving it a shot to ensure you are in good health to do so.

    I have an odd way of eating. Most mornings I wake up fine. I’m not hungry until 11:00 to noon. Other mornings I wake up and my stomach is growling for food so I eat breakfast.

    A high protein diet works wonders. I check and compare all the labels to ensure everything I buy is high in protein. That yogurt is the one I buy as well. I love the overnight oatmeal idea! I’m going to try that. Thank you !

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Rosetta, thanks for writing in and great question! Anytime you can find an option that is 1. Organic 2. doesn't contain preservatives/nitrates/junk and 3. the only ingredients are turkey, spices, seasonings (and maybe a celery juice/powder) you are in good shape. Best of luck and thanks for watching!

    Loved your video! Thanks for the tips and help! I have a question for you, though - I do like to have a sandwich sometimes but everyone says no processed foods. Is deli meat from the deli better for you than regular lunchmeat? Thanks so much! :)

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey @charmarie222, thanks for writing in! When choosing a deli meat, you will want to choose a variety that is organic, doesn't contain preservatives, nitrates, or any other junk that is hard to pronounce. You're basically looking for the meat, salt, seasonings, and maybe some naturally occurring preservatives like celery juice/powder. Best of luck!

    Would you say carbonated water is bad for you if you drink more than a litre a day because I prefer carbonated water than plain water?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for writing in and great question! Carbonated water can be OK as long as the ingredients are just carbonation and water; natural flavorings are OK but we wouldn't recommend this being your primary source of hydration because the FDA doesn't require companies to disclose what exactly they are. So a little here and there SHOULD be fine but we recommend "regular" water for your main source. Check this out for more: th-cam.com/video/cWMkIVIoZ7Q/w-d-xo.html

      @FitMotherProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Faiza, thanks for writing in and great question! You CAN use deli meat, as long as it's a cleaner variety. What we mean by that is ideally organic without added preservatives, colorings, hormones, etc. Thanks for watching!

    I had amazing results with th-cam.com/video/9vVBci01C64/w-d-xo.html
    I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
    For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

    Is it healthy to have a protein shake often, like every other day?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely! There is something to be said for having a no-think, consistent option that you can go-to during your busy mornings. Using a high-quality protein source is important though, to avoid artificial/filler junk, while setting you up for a powerful day ahead.
