I’m 64 and trying to lose weight. I’ve been doing your easier low impact walking workouts and find myself smiling throughout. I love your spirit! I used to frequent the clubs back in the 80’s and was quite a dancer so I love your moves when you are feelin the music. I still dance salsa but my husband doesn’t know how so I do it on Saturdays when I’m cleaning. Love to u Rick. 🫶🏻

First one after surgery very low impact but kept me moving amazing 🎉

I am 61., have a fulltime desk job and haven't been moving much. Today I did the 2000 steps in 15 minutes Low Impact.
In the beginning I tought I would never make it but before I knew it we were at 500, 700, 900, 1000, 1500 and 2000 steps. AND it made me smile 😊. Thank you so much forgetting me of the couch and believe me when I day I will join in many more

Thank you, I´m trying to get more walking in but since being allergic to almost everything outside from Feb to Nov I can´t really go outdoors as much as I would need or even want to, so I was looking for indoor walking that would not be just "boring marching", and I sure as hell found it.
