I love this work out because it zooms by. I blink and I just got fitter. Side note: I'm an amateur graphic artist and I love the beautiful backdrop of Dubai--the water, the sky, to golden glow of the sunset. It also happens that this color profile is currently very popular. I also love graphics--the video preview, the step alert countdown, the step preview countdown, the steps achieved tally graphic. They are first class and I find they engage my mind as well as my body. This old person appreciates that--active brain and active body. Thanks so much.

Thank you!!!! Have a bad knee and your workouts are awesome and challenging. Most "walking" workouts I find aren't. I added wrist weights for more of a challenge.
This combined with the 6 minute cool down is very similar to the rheumatology aerobics class I took at my local physiotherapy department in 2019 (sadly they were no longer running it after all of the lockdowns ended). I've been struggling the last couple of years to find something similar to that class that works to get me moving without causing me to have swollen joints or repetitive strain injuries. I've finally found it! I've been gradually working my way up to the full 25 minutes since the start of June and it's been going so well ❤ When I'm ready to move on to a harder challenge I'll definitely be checking out Rick's full low impact program! ❤❤❤❤

Excellent Rick, thank you. Anyone struggling with getting fit due to health issues, start the routines seated with a pair of light dumbells, and stand up and do the routine when you can, even for a minute, then return to seated. Commitment and perseverance, just keep turning up. It is what I have done, and continue to do, the change in my fitness and strength is just amazing. Just start where you need to start x
