      Hi RIck, I've been following you since covid and I love your workouts. THis new one was awesome. I can't afford to join but I appreciate the you tube workouts. I did the combat low impact and I am hooked. Been doing it for 3 weeks and finally see a change in my body. Just added the two workouts together today...
      also, I'm 65 and loving it.

    Stay at home mum here. Toddler in bed, toys put away, washing up done and just finished two of your workouts (4k steps) at 9pm. Feel great! Getting it done! ❤

    Thank you, Rick, for getting older women!!!❤ Every time I feel strong enough to get into strength training & burpees, I injure my shoulder or knee. This body says NO, But the perimenopause/menopause weight gain sneaks up on you even with a clean diet! Thanks for embracing women!

    AMAZING!! I was too bloated to the point where I could hardly breathe, decided to search for a light workout that would help me debloat, found your video , clicked on it , went along with you and as the workout was coming to an end, I was feeling so much better!!     Wow! So glad I discovered you Rick! You are correct that the older we get the more motivation we need to keep fit. At 70, I used the 2000 step 80s to warm up, the Speed Walk and ended with Walk and Tone. I look forward to your other workouts. The cool down option at the end is great , as well as the SPRINTS. You are a super coach. Thank you!

    Hi, You're about to change my life for the better, I claim it. Currently experiencing so many health challenges. Fixable with , Motivation, Diet and exercise change. My Dr sent me to a Health and Wellness Dr and she turned me on to you. I stopped doing everything during Covid and just can't seem to get my mojo back. Just looking at your TH-cam videos got me excited. I see how I can turn my break into a mini work out at the office. Since this is where the majority of my time is spent and all I do is sit.     This workout has been a godsend, I broke 3 metatarsals in August and am only just starting to walk a bit more. Being able to do my steps at home rather than risking getting to a point where i can't go on outside makes me feel more able to do it :)

    I do weightlifting or spinning before work every day, but then I sit at my desk for 9 hours straight. I've incorporated these short walking workouts in over lunch (when the weather is bad, and I can't walk outside) to loosen my body up, and these really help! I think it actually helps prevent my migraines as they come from chronically tight/stiff neck and upper back. Thanks!
