Hi RIck, I've been following you since covid and I love your workouts. THis new one was awesome. I can't afford to join but I appreciate the you tube workouts. I did the combat low impact and I am hooked. Been doing it for 3 weeks and finally see a change in my body. Just added the two workouts together today... also, I'm 65 and loving it.

Stay at home mum here. Toddler in bed, toys put away, washing up done and just finished two of your workouts (4k steps) at 9pm. Feel great! Getting it done! ❤

At 70, I used the 2000 step 80s to warm up, the Speed Walk and ended with Walk and Tone. I look forward to your other workouts. The cool down option at the end is great , as well as the SPRINTS. I do weightlifting or spinning before work every day, but then I sit at my desk for 9 hours straight. I've incorporated these short walking workouts in over lunch (when the weather is bad, and I can't walk outside) to loosen my body up, and these really help! I think it actually helps prevent my migraines as they come from chronically tight/stiff neck and upper back. Thanks!

This workout has been a godsend, I broke 3 metatarsals in August and am only just starting to walk a bit more. Being able to do my steps at home rather than risking getting to a point where i can't go on outside makes me feel more able to do it :)
