  • Welcome to this 2000's Classics Walking Workout. Daily Workout at Home.
    We're taking it back to the noughties with this 2000's classics walking workout.
    This super fun workout is 1500 steps in 12 minutes and will have you jamming it out to some absolute Classic Hits of 2000s including Usher Yeah, Jlo, Beyonce & Nelly.
    This workout is about having fun, getting sweat on from the comfort of your own home.
    We keep it low impact, safe on your joints and super fun.
    Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

    Here’s the thing: I hate working out. I do; I’m a chubby girl, so going to a gym makes me feel awkward and less than, and most workout videos leave me feeling pessimistic and self-conscious. But Rick’s videos always leave me feeling energized and confident, and his energy is so contagious! Please keep up the good work, and thank you for helping me get the baby weight off! 😁😁😁

    I’m 43 and love dance and HIIT workouts. This is my first workout and I love the throw back music! So fun. I’m in a walking challenge at work and this was a great way to get some added steps in. New subscriber! Thanks Rick! ❤️🇨🇦

    Thanks for adding more "no commentary" videos. I love that you have videos with (1) interesting music, (2) great personal cues, (3) picture-in-picture with the next step, (4), step counts, (5) minutes countdown, and (6) no commentary so we can enjoy the backdrop and your coaching.     Thank you Rick for this workout I was in a bad place today and I nearly chose the wrong path but I remembered your step workouts and I grabbed onto the little bit of positivity and chose exercise. Exercise is such a life saver and your workouts are catered for everyone which is brilliant for me as I can only do low impact at the moment.

    This might be my favorite one yet! Music is so critical - I usually check my Fitbit during workouts to see how much time has passed, heart rate...I didn't look at it once because I was having too much fun!
