    I have been recovering from a broken foot. I had surgery a few months ago. The surgeon told me I’m finally able to return to working out. This low impact workout was perfect. I hate cardio, I hate dancing, I hate it all. Dude! The 15 minutes flew by and I actually enjoyed it. The moves, the music, the energy, I loved it!!!!!! Thank you. It’s like you created this just for me.

    I absolutely love your videos and this is my favourite so far. As a beginner at fitness, at nearly 50 years old, and with 100+ pounds to lose, I appreciate your enthusiasm and positivity. And you make me want to actually exercise, to keep going even when I’m drenched in sweat and want to quit. Thank you for what you do. ❤

    Thank you so much Rick, that was excellent. For now, I am doing your workouts seated with hand weights (I have issues with my back, but I am getting stronger because of your workouts). My heart was working hard, love the music.

    Awesome workout! Loved these moves incorporating the ab muscles. As usual, the workout was uplifting and Rick’s positive, infectious energy makes exercising a blast! Another 5 star video.

    Your videos have been a life saver. I was in a car accident and my right foot had to be reattached. Then five months later I went into heart failure. I was looking for an exercise program and came across yours. They are perfect. They make me work up a sweat but I can do them without pain. Thank you so much!!❤❤

    Oh my gosh! That was so much fun! I grew up dancing to Disco music and this brought back a lot of memories! I hope I will still be able to dance again after my knee replacement on the 26th! I would definitely like to do this workout on repeat! Thanks, Rick! You're awesome!

    Great workout, the music was great and all the steps were easy to follow but with a good level of energy and toughness. I kept postponing the workout today, one minute into the video and I was smiling and wondering why I didn't start earlier. So motivating. Thank you, Rick!!!

    Love the work out!! You are always my morning break around 945-1030. I work from home and sit at my desk most of the day so I try to get up and move around each hour and my morning break is spent with you! I love the dance walks!! So much fun and get me moving and more awake! Thanks for the great workouts!
