    I'm 63 with bad knees but I LOVE your workouts they are so doable and great fun. I'm off on holiday soon but when I'm back I shall join the membership for that four week dance challenge. Hopefully it will shift those last 10lbs 🤞thanks Rick you are awesome ❤

    Great workout, first time I was able to keep up with zumba moves 💪🏾you broke it down very well and made it easy to keep up with, i have yet to go to a zumba class that gave instructions well, they always seems to think people already know the moves which is why i no longer go 🤨 but you just made me feel good to start my day and can't beleive how quick 10 minutes goes when you are having fun. Thank you Rick 💜

    I found this Zumba workout this past Saturday and said to myself I'm going to try this out on tomorrow (Sunday). I woke up early Sunday morning and was pumped up. It was a way to get my heart pumping. It was a bit challenging at first because I haven't danced in a long while. But I said, I'm going to keep doing it until I master the steps. Today (Tuesday) will be Day 3. I'm really enjoying your video. I like the pace of the workout. Thank you so much for your videos. Once I master these dances, I will move on to Zumba 2.

    After long 2 cycle of ivf, I just started work out again. I used to be able to HIIT and had confidence about my body. Now i don't have energy like before and pushed myself too much.. then i hurt my wrist and ankle.
    That's why i found your channel.
