@@BTRTUX The fish used for this kind of sushi or ceviche is usually from a fish farm in wich they deworm and disinfect the fish with chemicals or medicine that doesn't affect us. So it's edible if it comes from there. Also that meat can be the meat that is near the tail, so in that case is also even more safe to eat it. And in case of ceviche...it's usually very sazonated with lemon, salt, etc, and the fish is cut in small pieces, so you should be able to see if it has something weird
