    oof, my thighs started shaking immediately and I almost cried. I love these workouts because they really push you to your best potential and I feel so accomplished when I complete it to the end with no breaks. Thank you Nicole! Moving into intermediate/advanced pilates is my goal for 2023!

    I am obsessed with all of her videos. I am seeing REAL results. It’s only been a month of doing her videos daily (one in the morning and one at night) Along eating healthy… this is working! And i feel more flexible. Pilates is now my favorite thing ever

    I love these workouts, I have been doing them around 3 months and pilates makes you look like lean and tone in a good way, I defitnetley have seen changes in my body.     Hey Nicole. I wanna let you know that your workouts have helped so much! I have been doing your workouts on and off from struggling to perform to being able to hold the moves!
    I have really been sticking to your workouts the last two months! I have struggled to go back to pre preg body, tons of cardio and weights(which actually did damage to my body) till today its been two and a half months i feel stronger than ever and my physique has changed so much which im very happy with! I have only lost about two pounds but everyone says i keep getting leaner and leaner!’!! its crazy that i fall in love with pilates when everyone else is crazy about weights!

      Just incase if anyone wants to know lol im 5’6 and weigh 125lb people say i look way leaner than before bodyfat is probably about 18% now

    Have hurt my Achilles tendon, knee ligament and hip very badly this past week with some bad yoga classes. I wish I could do this class - Nicole's classes do not hurt imbalances in my knee.

    I love adding these booty workouts because my hips love it! I feel like not only is it nice to feel tone in my thighs and booty, but it’s great knowing I’m helping my body in the long run with all the core and connective tissue activation. 20 mins and I’m like “wooooo I’m a new woman!”

    I had been following your weekly plans for the whole last year and you really did grow on me but since I'm pregnant now I was so unsure of doing your weekly plans because they involve of course all the exercises for straight abs that I'm not allowed to do anymore while pregnant. So I tried and wanted to find another pilates teacher that is focused on pregnancy-safe routines but I couldn't get used to anyone else. I was missing you and your workouts so much and so I came back today and did this new workout (because it didn't say abs in the title 😁) and I was just so happy to be back. End of the story: I will still be doing your workouts, just have to be more selective. Thank you so much and I appreciate everything that you do even more now. 🌺

    This was such a good workout, Nicole! I do have an ask though, would it be possible to have a thigh & booty workout like this, but without having to go on the sides of our hips? I have wide hips and even when I put a blanket underneath, it can get quite painful. So my form sort of deteriorates while doing the movements. I see a lot of pilates classes with these movements so I'm wondering if there are alternative ways to do those movements. Anyway, I appreciate what you do! Thank you ❤

    Nicole! I love love love your videos. I’ve tried to follow a lot of other Pilates instructors on TH-cam and TikTok but you are simply the best! Thank you so much ❤ would you be able to make a few more classes for Legs- Thighs, calves, etc.? This would be great 🙏

    loved this workout Nicole! Felt more challenging and I love the new variations. I would LOVE and be so grateful if you could do more QUAD focused legs workouts and also some more BACK workouts as I feel they're missing out. Thank you so much, appreciate you so much.
