Hi everyone! This week routine is lower body! Mainly focused on slim legs! Toned legs! Lose thighs fat! 🥰 you can do this without any equipment! My suggestion try to do 7 days straight and make sure to eat less and eat healthier for a better result. And rest after the 7 days finished. Continue if you want to see better results. I also did not go on a diet, i still ate whatever I wanted, so I'm not that down about the results. Just keep trying guys, and stay persistent!
My advice for workouts: don't focus on results, learn to enjoy a workout like a part of selfcare. Learn to enjoy the movement of your body and results will follow.

Day 1 ✅ my legs are dying this is definitely very effective , so I did this for some weeks I did lose 1ich but to be honest I switched also on other slimming leg exercises this is just to hard and let's be honest, it's impossible to do it every day

Le niveau de difficulté est propre à chacun. Certains exercices peuvent paraître plus ou moins difficiles dans une même série pas tous et pas les mêmes pour tout le monde.
