YES! I finished 14 days of this workout and saw that, by the end, I could finish very easily without stopping. On Monday I will add ankle weights and complete another 14 days. Thanks, Sally. I enjoy your quick but challenging workouts.
Great exercise thank you! I am following your lead. Sally if you could push up on your elbows as you do these, to avoid your neck and back collapsing, they would be even more beneficial and look better too.

It's ok to do as long as you also do some pelvic floor stretching exercises in addition to this starting 32 weeks of your pregnancy
