Hi Shellea. This is one of my favourite workouts! During my years in admin, I developed RSI in my right arm and later developed spondylosis (arthritis) which affects my right shoulder and neck. Your exercises are a lifesaver, allowing me to get through my working day and perform household tasks! Please keep the videos coming, especially the ones without weights. I also love your seated ab work outs and I've noticed the tone coming back in my body! Combined with my daily walks and other cardio exercises, i'm getting back into shape after Christmas.🤣 Thanks so much for all that you do and your words of encouragement! ❤ ❤ Irene 🥰
💪💪 I'm here to confirm that this workout truly works ! I could barely do this when I started and now 6 weeks later this is easy and my arms look really good and I've done nothing else ! I'm a busy mid fifties mom and I'm lucky to get this in with one if her walking workouts 5 days a week and it's been life changing ! My pot belly is half the size ! I didn't think any of this was possible without extreme exercise, but I was wrong. Stick with it 💪♥️💪♥️💪♥️💪

Me too- I don’t know is much weight I’ve lost, because I don better when I just go by how my clothes fit: After doing fab50s, not just arms of course, daily, Hallelujah, I’m in clothes I couldn’t wear got 3 or 4 years-/ in the good direction! By the way, I’m 68 !
I will be 72 in a week and I love these toning exercises! I started out doing just a couple a day, now I'm up to 5 a day. I do them when I first get up in the morning. Later in the day I walk the circle in my neighborhood which has two hills for a good cardio workout. All this thanks to my ortho Dr who did hip replacement two years ago and a knee replacement last year!
The BEST exercise ever. So gentle on the body,her soft voice, always encouraging up thanks so much 🙏 😘 been doing the different exercises daily for the last 6 months, and I can truly say I feel the difference in my body..
I love this weight video. Has all the elements, long enough, arm exercises with core and walking, and uplifting music. I’m 74 and this one is challenging but doable! Thank you!

I love this arm work out because you can feel it working, yep it burns every time but that's how you know it's doing good for older arms. Great workout! I just started a week ago. I most definitely feel the burn, but since the exercise is only 5 minutes I feel I need to put my best foot forward. These exercises are short enough and easy enough to fit into my morning before getting ready for work. I like the shortness of the video because you can do it anytime of the day. It doesn't take up a lot of time and you feel like you can get through it a lot easier. The mindset is telling you you can do it it's only a short period of time. So Shellea keep up what you're doing. I totally enjoy the arm workouts. I have done some of the 10-minute arm workouts as well. I'm working my way to the full body workouts. Just in one week I am already noticing the difference in my arms feeling more toned and also the look. I will definitely keep up the work especially since it's only 5 or 10 minute workout a day. Hi Schellea, arms defo burning - LOVED it. Had 2 do it sitting down leaning on soft seat as I've pulled my intercostal muscles - but managed 2 do most of it. THANK U, this has given me such a boost as not able 2 exercise like normal as ribs so sore. BIG thanks for doing it outside, ur garden's beautiful ( just like u), it's a joy to see it xx

I just did your 15 walking challenge, 5 minute pre- stretch and 5 min. arm,25 minutes in all great. It's rainy in Wales today/this whole week. You are my life saver❤❤❤❤
